I think you may have missed my point, if a short is reported then fine, I know it is not illegal to do this.
The timing of a negative report like that and all the new people posting warnings in the likes of here just ahead of a quite major positive RNS could be perceived with an altogether different motive than taking out a short position........
I for one am eagerly awaiting the declaration of their short position.
If it doesn't appear, then they seriously need to be investigated. What other reason could they have for publishing the report than some inside information ahead of the RNS on PLT.
Enough said really, I am invested here with a target price. I just have a chuckle on the boards with the low intelligence comments from all of the questionable first time posters.
I still think this has got a lot of legs left in it, high street is not going to be able to come back from this in my opinion, if those traditional retailers have not spent this lockdown ramping up their online presence I think it will be the end of them.
Telling times ahead.
I wish I was better at cutting losses, but I do run my profits, trouble I have is it takes a couple of days to get authorised to trade so I miss a lot of opportunities to make a quick buck. Holding for 30 days minimum makes everything a bit frustrating. I guess that is the difference between trading and investing.
Just shy of 100% profit in SIPP so I can't complain.
The polite de-ramp lol, I’m out but looking to get in lower.
I sold a few thousand from my SIPP to diversify a little with a few extra bank and builders. Just averaging down on my losers tbh.
10% of total holding.
£5 is still my target, keeping the rest until it hits my price.
The ups and downs just keeps it interesting. I wish I was allowed to day trade, but my job prevents me from doing so. Would love to see £4 this week.
I spoke to some of my friends children (while socially distancing) at the weekend and they were in matching PLT knitwear. They've been smashing BOO and PLT in lockdown and were moaning that stuff is going out of stock as quick as it's going on sale. Seems that they can't keep up with demand on some new lines.
Absolutely killing it, come on the Boo!
