It's digressing a bit but couldn't agree more about sleep, it's the bedrock of all other health.

If it floats your boat I can recommend the book "Why we sleep" by Matthew Walker.

I also personally take 1mg of melatonin a night, its good for shift workers / jet lag, but won't stop a 4am wakening.

I'm hearing similar things, and it certainly applies to my 2 other juniors #hzm and #eml.

And at quite a few others I've been keeping an eye on #ars #atn.

So either there's a general malaise caused by over optimism from the original covid bounce or I'm an awful investor.

I persoonally was speaking quite generally about delays, , as far as any commerical transaction is concerned no deadlines have been missed but we're getting very close to one.

There's some confusion around the date, but I'm looking at 14th July for the end of an exclusivity agreement with Anglo American. It's expected that between then and now we'll find out whether or not AAL wish to proceeed with a JV, Equity Stake or even buyout. (I'm in the JV camp if it goes ahead).

People are not enjoying the silence from the company.

That's Aim all over, anybody who doesn't add months on to the end of a deadline, invariably ends up dissapointed.

And why wouldn't people get cold feet the closer to a deadline you get? Especially when a stock is in a downward trend.

I don't think I'll ever fully know how Aim works tbh. As far as classic pumps go, this stock never felt like a full on pump.

My point about the Botswana negotiation not being mentioned is that it shows the are clearly areas that the RNS was not covering. I. E its not comprehensive as to the state of things, because we know from Kapore that it is ongoing.

Like most I'm a little dissaapointeed that the AAL negotiations weren't mentioned, but neither were the ones for Botswana.

If you've not done so yet Chisler it's worth checking out GC's profile on linked in, so you can see what he got up to with ICL Boulby. He's got a lot of decent experience. It probably won't put you in his fan club but you might see why the board appointed him.

The only criticism I'd have of his appointment would be that unless finance was guaranteed it might have been premature to bring in a guy whose going to get it built rather than financed.

Hayden doesn't have a track record of building mines.

His record with Highfield was good but last I checked they got as far as planning.

Whether or not people back GC, the company has to evolve. I doubt HL would even want to be in charge at this stage.
