Not an accountant Ella, although from time to time I work with the industry.

Any knowledge (or lack of) regarding commercial paper is down to me reading up on something called Tether in the crypto world (could blow Madoff out of the water).

I thought they had to be tradeable to be classed as commercial paper.

Is the Casa loan note liquid enough to be classed as a cash equivalent? I just assumed T bills.

As far as I can tell, resolution 9 comes with caps and isn't unlimited.

I'm not seeing the bit about unlimited equity.

This is my last post on the issue because its like arguing with a 2 year old and it's going round in circles. The figure has been plucked out of fresh air.

If you want a relevant precedent think back to f recent 7.5p rise, which was for a decent sum. Not every body was happy with that but it showed a large appetite for equity funding and they was before the debt portion had been agreed.

Thinking that equity would be issued at half the price is fantasy.

I don't think you want a debate ST you want to ram the figure of 3p down everybody's throat. For whatever reason.

It's a figure you've pulled out of the air though and well out the range of any serious guesses. I give it as much credence as I would a figure of 12p.

I'm going with my gut, and it's telling me your playing games and trying very hard to control the narrative.

I'd like to see some of Aldi Fake Tans calculations as well in terms of how much they think needs to be raised by way of dilution. Actual number of shares and dollars etc.

Lets see your workings, it will be more helpful than vague warnings and contribute to the debate you seek

Mick I think in a lot of cases it's ego / pride. That's not a dig at anyone personally, I have my own posting faults.

Some people lose faith, make a bear case, get abuse then stick around to say I told you so. Though as I stated earlier for investors, this is only just beginning.

That's not to say there aren't people playing mind games as well, there are both genuine rampers (different from bulls) and genuine derampers (different from bears).

People are posting like it's full time or something, it's not even half time yet and some people are doing celebration laps.

Just when you think you the markets, they'll show you who is boss.
