Thanks for the confirmation Westie, I can see why some people make the mistake he is finance director and before the chisler raised the fact he wasn't it's not something I'd given much thought to.

In answer to what I think are some of your questions, personally I'm not sure HL is finance director actually. He is just listed as director. If he was no longer involved with the company you'd know via an RNS and he seems like the kind of guy who'd keep his linked in profile up to date.

Given his previous role at Highfield it's safe to assume he's actually involved with finance, doesn't automatically make him finance director.

As regards bring on an RNS, I'm not sure why he should be, is there a reason he should?

I try not to do cross channel speak but I 100% agree with Fatboy on ukadvfn about the origins of this poster.

It's most likely Gavin Cornish. As I alluded to earlier he sprung to life on Twitter the same day the two accounts were created.

He knew the details of the case but asked the question anyway.
