New high set today, hopefully lots more of the same to come!
If you factor in the dilution, the 'prediction' now adjusts to about 2.5p - still considerable upside from here. TW simply said he needed to reassess the situation and was no longer sure about buying at 1.15 to 1.2p If you dont want to be in, then dont be - but smart money still points on good upside from here. Also, the placed shares would already appear to be gone - trading looks like its back to normal and wanting to climb.
People were paying 1.6p+ only a week or two ago. Even with the dilution, a target sp of 2.5p looks pretty reasonable. The placing was pretty annoying, but with so many shares traded over the past few days, it looks like they might be cleared already. Sp reacting pretty positively today, looks like it might fly up past 1p again pretty quickly
The trade is clearly a buy, you can see other sells around the same time, and the price decreasing on each trade, the buys there at that time stand out against the sells as they are at a much higher, constant price of 1.09
There was an even bigger trade yesterday. 30million at 11.20am - thats £327k ! Judging by the price and other trades at the same time it must be a buy, I cant see any reason for it to be anything else. I dont know if it is at all connected to the placing. Possibly it could even have been a wealthy PI who set a very large buy limit at 1.1p thinking to support the sp or that it couldnt possibly fall below that price. Anyway, it will be interesting to see what Wishbone do next
Good call, and thanks for sharing! Definitely sounds like good things just around the corner!
I'm surprised to see it down today, but not really concerned. I'm still expecting a blue finish, and also expecting a big update on China activities before the end of the month. I'm hoping that will see us advancing toward 30p
25p minimum looking like a dead-certainty here imo, and thats without further positive news!
RNS out although LSE not showing it for some reason.... nice progress here and so much closer to launch in China. I think I may grab some more while this is still sub 20p (if I can!)
On such conversion, Glenwick will receive a material uplift relative to the IPO valuation of i3; and · In the event that the shares of i3 do not achieve a public quotation within 12 months of the closing of the Convertible fund-raise, holders will be entitled to redeem the Convertible, again with a positive return.
I'm as mystified as many others here - but the RNS does state at least once 'material uplift' and even if things don't pan out, if I'm understanding correctly. I'm not saying we're all going to do well as a result (I'm not saying we wont either) - I think we will need to wait to hear more.... but the RNS seems to suggest we now have a safety net of sorts, at least that how I read it. If we can pull off an RTO on top of this, things could be very rosy indeed. I only invested a few hundred on a punt - like others have pointed out, some big names are on board, and I'm sure they didn't join for no reason and without a plan of some sort. It's been a leap of faith so far, and I cant see any reason so far for disappointment. Lets wait and see what happens!!
