AIX Shares CAN be held in an ISA Tax wrapper according to the HMRC website. My understanding is they are STAYING on the LSE but their primary listing is moving to AIX.

This looks like the FT article is misleading?

Is this correct? If LSE is not primary listing my understanding is you cannot hold in SIPP or ISA? Advise please?

I purchased a tranche at £1.31 and then loaded up in my ISA at around £2.80 when it went a bit crazy and hit £4.00 April time. It seems the narrative of the War is changing in that the News channels are moving onto other things and whereas it is on in the background it seems less relevant (sounds awful) than it did. familiarity breeds contempt I suppose with things like this. The Gold price is obviously doing us a lot of favours and I am hopeful that next week the news is again bullish. I think it is a bit early to tell re a Divi but I think it was circa 18% before the War and any whiff of this would perhaps lead to one of the large funds perhaps breaking ranks and loading up. I know Cripsin Odey purchased a load but one of the large pension funds would send the back to £6.00 IMHO. My question is do people think they are holding off as long as possible to announce a split in the hope things DO return to a new norm in the next year and if so can people actually see £20.00 again mid-term OR is this going to settle around £12.00 and pay 18% to those LTH.

I think this could be a Divi hero for a generation.

The Duke of Hazzard will have moved on. Just like his NCYT prediction last year. Wrong regarding a need for a raise and wrong about 10p by X-mas. People need to cotton on that Draper HAS to go. Been saying it for 2 years now. There is a semblance of a business here but being run by someone who has zero creditability now with The City. My suggestion why no TU for the first time in years this week is because the REVISED number has not been achieved and he actually has no irons in the fire to tell us. He has used the AAA card and Azerion ‘deal’ to death now.

Time for a change at the top.

This seems a very promising RNS and hopefully leads the way into 2023 being a breakthrough year for HAYD. I am a holder post raise as i think the upside now outweighs the down. One or two decent contracts and this could be a nice momentum stock.

E-mail Draper directly and copy in IR. He hates it but someone has to do it. I am not invested and won’t be whilst he is there. He blocked me on LinkedIn sharpish. He does not deal well with criticism.
I am often thought to be a huge de-ramper but i only wish to give a balanced view. I love the tech but hate the BOD. They have miss-led us too many times. I will never forgive his selling his shares in the 20's and then getting drunk at an X-mas party a couple of years ago and doing some rouge interview behind a paywall blowing his own Trumpet. I DO think Henry Sunday is a paid plant by BIDS (or quite poorly). I do NOT think Nigel Hazzard is a paid plant but has a strange take on reality (see NCYT).We have all thought at some point over the last 4 years this will be a Unicorn ‘soon’. People forget that the dizzy heights of 30 – 35p were years ago built on sand (and not many shares in issue), in today’s money that would equate to 9 – 10p. The fundamental issue is Draper. He is not a CEO and you should never learn ‘on the job’ with other people’s money. You can’t get rid of him because he has nowhere to go (and he knows this). He is happy to ride the wave in his McLaren F1 until your money runs out and he can go back to selling ad space on the side of Bus shelters in SE London.

This is a wonderful post yet people will come down hard either way I fear. I would like to see the following:-

Actual material progress. Saying the gaming industry is booming does not justify this!
I imagine figures and margins vary across platforms. An explanation as to how much margin is made on a mobile game compared to a AAA game.
I would like to see a definition of a AAA game or publisher as BIDS thoughts on this may vary to you or I.
Perhaps Draper and Franz Ferdinand are prepared to take a pay cut post raise to show their commitment having bailed out North of 20p a few years back.
A detailed analysis of how and where (exactly) this HUGE ramp up in sales is going to occur. I reckon we BIDS will come up short (again) at say £5.5 - 6 mill this year so going to the figures suspected is no mean feat.
The need to disclose who this AAA customer is. I feel this is what turns Twitter and on here Toxic.
Ultimately the devil is in the detail and BIDS has lacked this since inception.

Granted it is not the end of the year and Draper may announce that Elon Musk has ‘expressed interest in BIDS’ BUT your 10p price by Christmas and NO FUND RAISE REQUIRED seems a little off don’t you think?

My 3p and a serious dilution seems almost on the money.
