I am as optimistic as the next SH, but I hate to burst the bubble....if there was the slightest sniff of a TO in the near future we would not be sitting where we are, and the definitely wouldn't be giving 'hints' on pictures.

I both agree and disagree. If they were converting quickly, they would not be in a position where they would need to declare their holding via a T1, but we have not had any.

That is exactly what was going through my mind Pang. They seem to be suckers for punishment. Might also just be a bit of profit taking for those who bought on the drop too.

I agree Mcsquares, but a few of us buying in at these levels is not sustainable. They are dropping it most days, and we are not seeing many bite. The point you make about Atlas not converting is whats alarming me. Ah well. I'll take some more if I have to :)

That nobody wants them at this price i.e the large funds that have bought? Or that Atlas are not converting more?

With the way the SP is performing, you'd swear they are doing nothing at all. Atlas waiting for the next dip to convert it seems. Laughing so they are.

The drop seems very strange. Especially when we have someone buying up a large holding in the company and the shorts actually reducing most days.

In my opinion if there is any offer the first one will come in at about 4-4.5 approx 30m. I would like to see the share price rerates to about this level. It is then down to how well the BOD can negotiate on our behalf.

Me too, maybe they are holding for a while. Why knows? We will be last to anyways :)

It's annoying....but as I said last week, unfortunately it doesn't matter what they come out with. Unless it is a takeover price we are going absolutely nowhere. There are people with a lot more power that us involved, and when they have had their slice of cake we will then get the cherry on top.

I think it is as simple as this....Unless we get a RNS about a specific takeover offer price, we are going to see no movement no matter what they say. Our bond holders have too much power too keep this where they want and only until they have finished will we see movement. It is annoying and unfair to the work the company are doing but that's they way it looks to me. Good opportunity to load up at these prices in my opinion, Who would have thought you would have the chance to buy at these levels after reading this morning's RNS!!

I was particularly taken with Chong's comfort and understanding of what they are trying to achieve.
