I would imagine that it will keep going through the year until it reached the Jan high eventually? That low ball offer should see an immediate re-rate to that price though I would imagine, as that would be to me the de facto value of the company at that time. Hard to know really. I still think this is a long way off though, as Atlas will dictate what happens here for as long as they want between their current holding and future ability to convert.

You might be right with that too MCS. I bagged at GGP after buying when it tumbled and have the original investment sitting in my ISA with my finger hovering over the buy button here. I have built up what is becoming an uncomfortably large holding for a relatively young fella though!! I had it at Greencore when he shorts actually did have us by the balls, and the world was ending, but have drastically reduced my average to get a yield close to 5% at the bottom. We are now at the mercy of a takeover by PE now, something similar to here. We shall see, interesting to see if we get another large buy in all the same to mop these up. I do think the brokers do know who the buyer is though.

Resigned myself to the fact that these trades are Atlas Conversions, as there is absolutely no way they could be anything else. I think they the mystery counterpart is buying them, and the Brokers have been told that they will have buyers for the shares at a certain price. It is the only logical reason. Of course the gob****es will start posting about some far fetched nonsense about some court case or another, but won't acknowledge that 45% of the shares are now held by institutions and someone we don't know!! This is more than it ever has been in the past year. Wait for the big trades to "magically" pop up again like they have been for the past week

Armada, I think that is a little speculative. This, at the end of the day is a micro cap stock, and if there is to be any attempt at a tack over, it still need to be by a single entity. i would imagine there is all sorts of legal ramifications of trying to dupe the market and manipulate the price that way. I might be wrong, but it sounds a little to contorted to be the case.

I agree. 1.3m is a lot of dosh to be swinging around without "knowing" what you are doing. Really really strange. Still cannot get my head around the fact that at least 50% of the float is not free yet they will take this down drastically on a few trades now?

What's the story with these phantom shares? It is now 4 days since they have highlighted the fact and there has been no follow on information. Nice to discuss something other that talking with fools. We won't be going anywhere until this information or other comes out I believe.

I think 22m will do it at the moment as per the RNS. I am not sure why this is the case, but it says to use the amount excluding 14%.

yeah I have no idea how this has not created interest. As I was saying there is close on 50% of the shares tied up!! If I can get a top up tomorrow at a silly price I will. Something very strange is going on and I would really like to get to the bottom of it.

It looks like their management are struggling to get the turnaround and I would be worried that they are going to keep that dividend yield up if their EPS is going to continue to fall.
