You're talking about worry of his personal wealth, which is different to worry about the company future. I don't even think he's worried about the personal wealth side, as he knows all will be good and didn't sell at the previous SP highs.

I don't think Colin is worried about the current SP drift as the current drift level will not directly affect the company. He knows that the plans that are in place will move the SP up once things start happening and real news is announced.
It would be like paying off your mortgage with no intention of moving and worrying about fluctuations in the value of your house. A pointless worry at these levels.
