Increased activity, additional machine deliveries and new jobs at Alva is obviously an excellent sign. Its very difficult to spin this in a bad way but I'm sure the bashers will give it a good try. Their attempts are looking weaker and more desperate by the minute though. It is what it is folks.

Its hard to believe that some people need to be told that the price won't move until orders are reported, but you can't teach stupi-d ;-)

My thoughts on Orient Gene are that the government needed to move away from Innova, so chose a different supplier short term that could provide the volume. When the volume requirement lowers, a UK test will be produced.

Definitely a more user friendly test. Hopefully the UK created and produced test will be just as friendly.

I agree, giving the public a test that shows they have antibodies in addition to the line strength indicating how many antibodies they have is an easy sell, will instill confidence and would push people to get vaccinated.

This clearly gives the antibody test a new lease of life, its good to now know its more than just a yes/no, this could prove very useful. The recent studies show that the government/scientists are at least considering something.

The original UK Gov equipment was already in place prior to today and Omega provided images of it being delivered and in situ, so this is additional equipment.

Just had my 7 pack of antigen tests delivered, surprised that its a totally different looking box and supplier.

Thinner box, green and white, Orient Gene.

The buffer liquid is already in the dispenser (which has a holder), just needs dispenser cap adding. Looks more professional. The instructions also say "just inside the nostril". These are miles better than the Innova ones.
