Never , APPLEOVER :)
I do not think someone has any idea about bad news as we have seen some big buys and not many big sells , this is rather small investors closing positions and taking the share down ,and PTR is nog going to bust , no way with assets they have got , just my view .
I think this will continue to drop until good news comes , if share broke 3p it will drop more as this was a psyhological barier.
This will go under 4p soon , next good news is spring or later . Winter conditions won't let them to improve production .
Question here is to take or not to take the offer , me feeling is telling me to decline it with Akomola news coming.
Spot on ! You are a clever man , you noticed MMs are buying share ( already over 40 milion ) and this does not affect the price at all ! Moreover MMs are lifting the bid to make the deal more profitable for those who did not sell yet . What doest it mean ? Well, that means they want as many shares as possible either to make money or they want to fill the order. Looks to me taht there is a big order being filled for one of the Instutional Investors and we may get an holiding RNS soon.AR ? Who knows
Looks like MMs buy all since Fri and do not lower the price.
They had to buy more than 6 months ago so definitelly over 2p so clearly this is nod good for them , my holiding is sub 2p so I am not worry but not happy with this either as company is worth much more IMO. How do you know Instutional investorts are not coming out ?
Anybody knows where to get up to date details about instutional investors holdings ? There was not any buys or sells by them sub 2p so they will vote against partial offer as clearly they lose. I remember similar case with NAD ( way was dofferent but aim the same - take over ) and shareholders said no by buying share in open offer. All we have to do is say no .
I know but in this case MMs would drop the price lower to sell them later for more , Why the kept the price so high all day when there was so much sell ?
Why did you sell if you could get 2 p per every share on offer ?
We also do not know if EBRD accepts just the AR offer but they do not say what they going to do in terms of their holding ?
No , I am not sure all I am saying is pointless to accept an offer lower than entry point made by EBRD .
Tim Daffern has, however, irrevocably undertaken to vote “FOR” the Partial Offer in respect of 250,000 Hambledon Shares, representing 100 per cent. of the Hambledon Shares held by him and approximately 0.028 per cent. of the existing Hambledon Shares held by Independent Hambledon Shareholders. In order that his interests are aligned with Hambledon Shareholders going forward (and given that his 4,000,000 options at an average exercise price of 4.94 pence per Hambledon Share are currently significantly out-of-the-money), Tim Daffern has agreed 11 with African Resources and Hambledon that he will not accept the Partial Offer in respect of any of his Hambledon Shares.
was in at 3p so they for sure will vote against and looks to me that is what we all have to do , AR knows what is coming , all infrastruture for underground mining nearly ready plus Akmola mentioned in second paragraph that tells me a lot so my vote is agaist !
People sell and MMs are not droping the price , why ?:) They know what is going to happen , Akmola is clearly mentioned in point 2 of the contract !
Is easy , no one pay for something what is not worth the money , they know this will bring them an excellent return and Akmola is on the cards already , this was propably the reason why they decided to take 60 %
pricing over 50 % rise already :)
Well , we will see what this change brings to us and looks to me this linked with appeal , ATB
Depends what kind of broker and advsior they get .
