It seems that they are seeking the sale of various assets of the company and hope to conclude early in 2017. Confirm however no prospect of return for shareholders bearing in mind creditor demands etc. Can't post email due to restrictions.

Shaa- all service type contracts involving use of Content Express were via MTV Television Services- - use of this entity was probably a commercial/contractual arrangement. Content Express etc are owned by the Plc.

They are an AIM listed company - mkt cap £50m -110m share in circulation - not like this lion of accompany. So they know the AIM market- maybe a help?

Agreed Sha. Some points. MTV Services Ltd now registed on Amazon as 'suppliers' of Tabket tv battery or mains. MTV Services were the operating entity that entered into contracts with clients like Meduaset. Probably a legal commercial type requirement. MTV Plc were the overall holding company for all subsidiaries and were a listed entity. MTV Plc are in administration/liquidation. Creditors need to be paid. Thus has to be done out of surviving assets. MTV Services Ltd is the main surviving entity with contracts. Does it own IP? Are these assets up for sale. Yes? MTV Serices Ltd assets open to sale to highest bidder. Or alternatively MTV Services appeal to creditors to allow company to operate and see if a return realised over time. Maybe but wouldnt bet on it. Just some ramblings.
