Well there's 3 options, sell now, and let the b@&tards have them even cheaper, sell on the offer of 6p, don't sell at all. Well unless the price goes up to nearer 6p I'm staying put. I will consider 5.75 but nothing less. I think option 3 is so high risk that I can't take the chance. The way this lot have behaved I really think you will end up with nothing. I will keep 1 share in the new company just to annoy them.

As I see it the chances of any counter offer is nil now. Redbird already owned over 30% they are now buying all shares on offer, they will be over 50% by now. So they would just block any counter offer. It's a right royal stitch up. ben James and Jeremy Dowler have taken us for a ride, I actually now think that this has been planned since Redbird got involved. I also think that Redbird have driven the price down since then with regular sells, we often wondered who was selling, we now know. I suspect the only one with any morals was probably Dr Kaul, hence the reason he left.

No money is going in they are all sales. I have been offered 5.55p all morning just dropped to 5.498, so there are no buys. Not enough profit for traders to buy in.

The problem is most normal people, me included, don't understand accounts. We knew we weren't in production so inevitably we would be a company with debt. What I took notice of were, broker reports and what turned out to be lies from the board about the state of our finances. No more AIM for me .

Over 3 million bought by Redbird, no doubt, meaning they are getting us even cheaper.

Whilst I will 99% certain sell I'm not rushing into it. Early days, tiny chance of a rival bid, or an improved offer from Redbird if they don't feel they are going to get the required percentage. No way the price is going to drop because traders will be snapping them up for a 20 % profit if they do. So unless there is a desperate need for the money just give it a few days at least. Also assuming it goes through you are going to get 6p, so that's a couple of grand for me from 5.25p. Redbird are buying shares on the open market so selling them now means the bas@&£dos are getting the company even cheaper. My other fear is that the FTSE is at an all time high, near enough so now might be a really bad time to pile in to a FTSE 100/250 company if an anticipated correction occurs. Whatever you all choose the best of luck we are owed some.

Shall be selling next week, like to say it's been fun holding this pile of crap. All of us well and truly shafted by Ben James, how he could lie to those dedicated Pis who attended the AGM is a disgrace, I would love to meet him one day to let him know the harm he has done. Not sure whether your question is serious. We moved up because the offer is 6p so people buying in now are guaranteed a profit as long as the deal goes through. So when the market opened it was already marked up .

I haven't sold yet but will shove the lot in BLVN who are due to get £170 million from Lukoil, next few days. This will make cash higher than market cap. With my luck Lukoil will go bust before they pay up, in fact on second thoughts ignore this advice!
