They include: * Revenues are ~£50m and rising. * Profits are about to return. * The loss-making operations (the bad parts) have recently been sold off. * The CEO has said publicly trading is better in H2 2014. Rerating deserved from this low level of a ~£3m marcap.

With £50m annual revenues, a positive growth rate, and the return of profits in the next set of results, somewhere north of 10p is a fair price for MBO at this stage. This is a broadly similar story to the rerate recently seen at TAL. An under-the-radar stock with a turnaround strategy in place. Loss-maker about to become profit-maker.

This is quoted from a recent MBO RNS. The company is growing, profits are about to return, and the trading performance is improving. "Revenue *increased* by 5.5% to £23.5 million (H1 2013: £22.3 million) mainly contributed by the Group's mobile phone prepaid airtime reload business in Malaysia... *operating profit* of £0.04 million (H1 2013: operating loss of £0.06 million)...discontinued the Group's [loss-making] overseas operations in Cambodia and Indonesia in March 2014 in order to *reduce further losses from these operations to the Group*... the Group expects *an improved trading performance in the second half of 2014*."...

Iaint -- Yes, mate, good spot. MBO should rerate strongly from here. Like TAL, the market has only just spotted the recovery potential. It has gotten rid of the loss-makers and is refocusing on the profitable bits.
