I thought these message boards were for existing shareholders to discuss topics related to the company, not to try to sell the shares. Surely the company & their reps are responsible for that. Try to parse your responses, Buck, as they do bore on a bit!
So assuming that is correct, and I have no doubt it is, why is nobody buying the share? Because of previous history & current lack of faith/trust! And what are they doing about that? I really did think Buck was going to tell us about the great background work going on!!!!
Nosi, I'm not too bothered about the constant streams of EBITDA, NR, PBT, blah blah blah, Im not even too bothered about who Buck is, e.g it wouldn't surprise me if he was Carvill's brother or cousin, put on here to defend KMR management to the hilt etc. However I am bothered about bs statements especially from someone proporting to play with a straight bat. There is no doubt there is something badly wrong here with the sp performance. The volumes traded are crap with so many millions available despite Buck's cries of illiquidity. There is a strong market, fast rising prices and supply chain issues elsewhere in the world, yet this sp is stuck below where it was 6-12 months ago despite reasonable results and more to come. It has badly under performed its peers. Why? In situations like this, you have to look at the management! And as soon as we do, Buck is crying foul play???
We're halfway through the commodity cycle. It's been on an upward trajectory for at least 1 year. These cycles don't last too long on the upward side & are a long slow finger nail drag on the way down unless you're sitting with a load of high value stock. KMR sales is always too far behind the curve and its about time they caught up. £3.50 is bugger all really, it should be closer to £5 per share based on upward cycle, shortages, increasing prices etc etc. If they don't get a move on, we'll be at the end of the cycle before the sp has readjusted properly!
Contango, that didn't happen to any other miner for as long and as sustained a period as KMR. In fact on the whole miners have done well over the period. I chose to stay in also but despite good figures, a rising & buoyant market, the sp is still on its knees. Lack of communication & faith in management is a fair assumption In the current situation. 'Jam tomorrow' is a great Get out of Jail card!
Nothing of the sort Buck! Inconsolable- sorry but don't need the money. I know for the most part you are far more knowledgable about KMR than me but simply don't like misleading & inaccurate statements, which yours was. If you check my posts, I know eventually that it should correct itself. However don't tell me about all the good background work going on & at the same time inform me about your day trading. None of us saw this dropping from £3.30 to below £2.30 on a rising Titania minerals market & a rising U.K. stock market.
Yeah I can read Buck, and I can decipher bull..it from quite a distance. And you were pumping bull..it and now cant admit it. Of course the company is doing all that, its in the report, but there's no clever background work going on to try to drive the sp forward. So stopping spinning bull..it for MC and his cronies.
If what Seek Alpha say is accurate about financial engineering and KMR having to pay normal tax from this year on, it is hardly a 'brain disconnect' and may well be a contributor to a sluggish sp despite the market conditions.
The rest is up to COMMUNICATION from KMR. Pressing the flesh, talking up the prospects, reminding the financial institutions that their sp has been left behind on a rising market, reminding everyone that they are more experienced this time round and wont overstretch themselves. All of that needs to be done in London, not sitting over in Dublin. The AGM should have been there with a coordinated trip round all the big players to get the sp moving. But then, as some other posters have said, with their packages, are they really bothered about the sp?
Nosi, I'm well aware of the perils of putting me hard earned dosh into Pathfinder. It was just a point about the sp growth. Mind you as Buck has inferred, you've just said something positive about KMR, whether its in the 'best of a bad bunch' school, its still has gotta be a first!
