In the report in the background information there's a sentence below I don't understand. To me it reads that the Carbon production has increased from 22,500tpa to 22,500tpa. Is that a typo or has the production increased to 22,500tpa from a lower number?

The rail link between the EU and China is 11,000km. A typical freight train is 2.8km long. Ever if you stacked containers back to back the whole way fro0m China to Europe you'll only get 90 ships worth on the rail systam.
