Yes, I agree. They were expecting to achieve commercial production in qtr 3, based their loan repayment schedule against that assumption. As they missed it they now have a Cashflow issue.

So at the end of qtr 2 bank debt was $153m plus $10m from cig = $163m

At the end of qtr 3 bank debt is $135m plus $20m from cig = $155m.

So either they were ebitda positive in qtr 3 or there trade creditors have increased would be my conclusion.

Hopefully now they can complete the deal. Then pay off Atlas in Fen 2025. This will then remove the TM1 strangle hold.

If you are going to use arguments about rainfall at least put it in context of the amount of rain that there is by month. Just look at August.

The qtr3 results are not going to be good, or they would not have to raise more funding. I still believe however it should be greater than 28 thousand ounces. Yet that is the past, the key issue is when they will achieve commercial production, my view is that will occur in the next few months. The price of gold has saved this company, and I for one am grateful for that.

Hopefully, hence my comment about Recyclus independently floating.

They are independent legal companies, that have their own set of auditors. They produce their own accounts, so from accounting perspective independent.

Actually from an accounting and legal perspective Recylus are an independent company from technology minerals.

If the directors of recyclus and technology minerals are reading these bulletin boards, you need to stop using technology minerals as your funding vehicle. Not that you can at the present time as you have decimated shareholder value and lost a significant amount of credibility. The only value I can now see shareholder value recovering is :-

1. The proceeds from the Irish lithium sale to remain with technology minerals, none of the cash going to recyclus, I repeat none.

2. Pay off atlas the remaining £1.85m and don,t borrow anymore.

3. Grow recyclus and float it independently on the stock market. This value should then be reflected in technology minerals.

Stop milking the small shareholders.

On the RNS dated the 3rd July Dan Betts stated “As we rapidly approach the point of Kouroussa reaching nameplate production, and the favourable gold price environment, we are ideally positioned to deliver strong returns to all our stakeholders."

And as the definition of commercial production is

Commercial production is defined as the achievement of reaching a minimum of 30 consecutive days of operations during which the mill operated at an average of 60% of nameplate.

Plus the extended time of the quarter 2 announcements and if you ignore all the rhetoric of another banana skin. I am cautiously optimistic, even if it is a Friday RNs, that it will be positive.

From when they restarted operations on the 17th May to 27th June update they poured approximately 4000ozs, 41 days. As they have since been in the higher grade ore and have fully ramped up., should in my opinion do at least that amount during July. I would be happy with in excess of 5000ozs, as both mines would then produce a minimum of 140k oz in a year. Producing an Ebitda of approx $140m, at a gold price of $2400 and aisc of $1400.

Looks like the CLG selling are further to run. Volume approx in January 100 million shares and February approx 80 million. So if all the sales were CLG and market makers did not take on more stock. Maximum sales would be 180 million divided by 2 i.e 90 million. As some sales are not CLG most probable range of sales is between 80 to 85 million. So probably 70 million to go. All assumption based but built on some logic
