Lot of talk over on ABDX about DHSC not meeting payment targets ( possibly leading to todays placing ) and disputes betwen DHSC and others .
Thinking re Agile - perhaps the BOD played a blinder by stating they were looking at all funding options before committing to any contractural agreement .
They have not yet ruled this option out yet but based on previous experience they have drew a lime in the sand and learnd from past contractural issues and are now much more robust in that area .
Just a thought
Snowball - ( hope you don't take that the wrong way ) but me - I think things thro - with as much intensity as I can. I am thrown puzzles - much like an investigating detective - and observe , analyse , conclude and say what needs to be said - I would expect the given feedback from me is taken on board and corrective actions implemented. - Now that becomes a choice of the Stakeholders .
I am very late to the party come Trading - remember one of me counterparts stating the group of attendees would make more in a week than we could in a year .
He was correct .
Apart from the obvious - she has also stated why trials do not have a true representation of woman due to recruitment issues relating to age and child birth / reproduction .
Loose Women would offer the platform to explain these key details.
No Ramping - Just saying it as I see it .
Comments welcome .
Iceman - I Like your thinking - re a spot on "Loose Woman " Suzy - and Valirx would gain a load of Kudos and she would be very welcome and well recieved .
I can solve yer prob with a bit of vas or scratch .

Hi Ndr. It's worth noting that he is a NED and not the only one. This
Shares for non-executive directors—issues and considerations
Meaning of ‘non-executive director’
The general definition of ‘director’ is not exhaustive. The Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006) provides that the term director includes any person occupying the position of director, by whatever name called. Thus, it includes both executive and non-executive directors (NEDs).
Executive directors are generally authorised, either by the company’s constitution or by devolved authority from the board, to carry out the day-to-day operation of the company. As such they usually have a full time service contract
And this
NEDs generally:
have no executive authority
play a critical part in the corporate governance of the company, and
are not employees of the company
So imo he actually did what some of the others couldn't. It was as if the founders were sending the best message they could without being held liable for NDAs and the recent ongoing sp conflabs.
Happy here.
Did Steady D not say S Parker is classed as a NED therefore not governed by the same rules as a salaried director re share purchases .
May be my misinterp - but that is what I read from it
Wee mad mental price draps by the midgie men .
I wonder who approached who ? Or were they foisted upon us as part of a bigger plan .
Me thinks the latter .
It will play out to it's conclusion no matter what is said or done .
