Yes does not look great!
There are always people in the know.
As we can see the offer price is being triggered to raise bid to get sellers out.
At this juncture.
Sp increased and then shortly after RNS about placing.
Still a placing possibility:
"As previously reported, KEFI's GMCO joint venture partner, ARTAR, temporarily funds the ongoing programme at present to ensure swift progress continues whilst KEFI triggers project launch in Ethiopia at the high-grade Tulu Kapi Gold Project."
Sp rising in anticipation.
Determined to bring sp down.
Always happens after a positive worded RNS. We can also see the sp pushed up in order to create new warrants no doubt.
We have been caught out too many times in the past.
With this news and sp getting close to the last placing price?
We have been warned.
The shorters are going to be hurting.
So in that case, a placing is pretty much odds on.
A few reasons for a placing. I am sure there are mote:
1. How much will the short term lending cost?
2. Warrants need to be exercised by May. The expired ones were not exercised and were lost. A placing to be done with a lower warrant exercise price, just in case the current 1.6p warrants are lost once again.
3. How long will it take to get a secondary listing in Saudi?
Well, we need an RNS or news to allay people's fears of a placing. As we move forward this is more than likely. The Company has lost valuable warrants which could have helped. Don't think they'll make the same mistake again!!
The placing no doubt will be done at a ridiculous price hence the sp drifting... c'est la vie!!!
Out of our hands as we continually await some positive crumbs.
No matter what anybody says... this smells of a very large placing coming about.
Laughable.
From recent RNS
"In order to facilitate maximum growth, KEFI and ARTAR have agreed to refine their GMCO shareholders agreement and respective working arrangements. As previously announced, extensive feasibility study and exploration work has been undertaken in 2023 in Saudia Arabia and is still ongoing."
From the above, it looks as if Kefi are going to negotiate their percentage?
To what extent?
We avait the outcome!
We will be below 25% in SA unless we get things into gear.
I seem to remember H saying it is best to have a smaller slice of a larger pie blah, blah, blah!
Well we are heading in that direction.
Still no funding. Of course they are serious!
TK is becoming a real drain on resources.
Yes. I can feel the vibe as well lol.
Will we be any further ahead with up-to- date news tomorrow?
As each day goes by I feel for the share price. We need something in order to stabilise it. People's knee jerk reaction can have an impact as we have seen today.
