I was just thinking about JB. He gouged shareholders and did nothing for years. Gets 'ill' and then miraculously recovers. Was he a decent/half-dozen Ceo?
How this mornings RNS could be construed as anything but highly positive is beyond human comprehension and reason. It's an excellent RNS. Mr Bell, in your few outings to date you gave eclipsed all of your predecessors musings in totality! Keep it up Sir!
I haven't commented for some time now but it is clear that 2020 is going to be a year of great activity for Aminex and importantly for us all, a year of regular RNS ommunication updates.
A number of things can be inferred from the RNS, not least that the license will be forthcoming without issue, hence the infrastructure investment and ARA funding. Very bright days ahead all-in-all. Time is your friend here.
Somethings going on, I can feel it I'm me bubbly iccel waters
My thoughts on this mornings announcement: I would say I have no doubt that if Jay could stay on as Ceo he would have, shareholder angst or otherwise, he was committed to seeing our far-out through and beyond.
I noticed at out last two AGMs that he was looking noticeable tired and had aged quite a bit, as have many of us during the last few years. Jay I wish you a full recovery and for positive medical results over the coming months. This is only money everyone. If you made it up until now you will make it later. Your health is your wealth. GLA
My view on the request to change from a Premium to a standard listed company: The boards highly distasteful insistence on maintaining their inflated salary scales over the last three years have spoken loudly than words. Giving them more "regulatory flexibility" at this present moment is the last thing I want to do based on this. I am voting NO. your thoughts everyone?
Does anyone think it odd that there has not been one post from Drewky or Crusty since the RNS dropped at 7am yesterday? I find it odd as they are daily posters.
Drewky and Crusty, I would appreciate your views on the RNS when you get a moment. This information is nearly five months old. It could well be the the Tanz government wanted Nyuni as a premise for agreeing the 25 year licence. This theory makes sense and if so it places us in a good position and not a bad one. If what Jay says is true.. If...then our relationship with the Tanz government is strong and there is light at the end of the tunnel. This is what I am hoping.
I really want to see some clarity in respect of KW1. During the last video interview by Jay, he awkwardly brushed aside the mention of KW1 when it was brought up. If indeed it transpires that KW1 will produce again I would be surprised. We need the carry, the Tanz government have stated their intention to break the slow regulatory approval process that is impacting many firms (but this may be a smokescreen), so let's get on with it. It would be a tragedy for the contract to drag into the last quarter of the year.
This is very charming Rxdav. You pop your head in to say Hi, to remind everyone you sold at a good time and seeing the current SP your 'Glad you did' and then finish with a best of luck to everyone. How tactful of you.
A question: Farm-out aside, what can we expect to take place between now and July? What news flow should be coming through?
I said it 15 days ago and I'll say it again... Jay is Jay 'last day' Bhattacharjee. He will issue an RNS on the 20th day. Save yourself the trauma of checking daily.
As I've been saying for many years, with substantial evidence to back up same, he is not Jay "Last Day" Bhattacharjee for reason. He will release an update on the 26th Trading day John, we are only the minority, its the largest shareholders who get the email responses and phone calls.
Aex, please get a move on. A fire needs to be lit under posteriors in a big way!
Good find Drewky. Africa will be the Darling of Global trade and commerce over the next 20years. Patience is your Ace Card in this game.
Is 2019 another year of 'snail-progress'? I do not know, but I do know that my patience will be severely tested if it is.
Judging by the Tanzania Park article, see link in last post, this may be many more months before anything happens. The 6% drop today signifies the unending frustration LTHs are enduring.
We should not be getting excited about an SP of 1.75p!! This was a 7p stock just over 12months ago!! Let's get a grip.
Even a bakery would be happy with that rise. That was yeast-free also.
