Sunder of course I understand your logic. The share price of any stock is its current sellable value, that's its current worth, no one is disputing that. I am disputing that the REAL value of this stock will be higher very shortly IMHO.

I understand Randomaxe and agree with each point you made. They should not be earning present salaries and instead use those funds for better PR. These are only some of the BOD problems we have to deal with. They are feathering their own nests nicely.

In our sector, talk of the future is the most common overriding theme as oil and gas is slow moving due to the lead times in development. Because of this there is an overemphasis placed on present cash flows and current revenue streams. Both are dropping for us so the SP will reflect this. BUT..if MMs played us long we would rise fast. Watch this space for a spike.

Random axe I can answer your SP decline question very easily: The market makers only care about the present cashflow of this SP. As cash reserves on our balance sheet are dropping so is the SP. We don't have the PR engine of Tesla where their SP is largely based on future potential. If our SP were based on future potential and we had the current funds to make a PR push, our SP would be far higher. But we don't. Zubairs have cash and clout, at present we have neither. They will give us a platform we don't possess.

I like the list Drewky. It's becoming more irrefutable by the week. It seems laughable that we could question the deal in the face of this information. One thing is clearly obvious...the current share price is no reflection of the SP when the EGM vote is passed. If only I had cash!!! All plowed into property at the moment.

While we tie ourselves in knots debating the what it's, the BOD are sitting back working away quietly and responding exactly when they see fit. It's quite simple, if they are calm why aren't we? They know things we don't and they seem calm.

I agree with Drewky, think logically, why would someone commit to investing €105 million without substantial upside?
