Also some great advise for free ... sentiment changes everything !!!! forget NAV's valuations IP stock sales ... all changes with sentiment ... that's what makes the market (of course you have to have elements) .... one of our stocks that we have shared PANR .... what's their NAV as they was valued at £1.1bln at one point !!!

You're entitled to your opinion ... this is a tech ipo... and who knows where that valuation will end up being !

Also as is very clear and evident with the constant buying pressure and very minimal sale in the past 5 trading sessions and I have posted my buys .. it's very evident I am bullish and investing and despite you suggesting that I would be be pumping the stock to be quietly exiting stage left... is debunked as it would be there in black and white on book. I am not new here.... I have been in and out before and re bought due to what I see as a great oppertunity for the stock to rally which I'm sure we can all agree on (except you of course) as it's a major event. You feel it wont.. time will tell who was right... so far I'm in profit ... and not to dig you out but I have made my position open and honest ... are you invested and if so I presume underwater or if not your looking to enter ?

Stat you're basing your post on information of the IPO price of $4-$5 ... you think then the price will stay stagnant in the day/days weeks that follow the listing !!! I would suggest they price will get closer to it's original listing price suggested of $9 ..... you clearly don't like it ...fine don't buy it no one is trying to make you a believer I know you from other boards so why don't you do you and i'll do me !

If I could buy more of these I would .... 8.40 is insane ... these will be 12p+ on IPO IMO a 50% increase from here and will continue to 20p -30p IMO . That's why I have invested.

Fully aware Stas I do my homework on stock run the risk / reward and you clearly wont like it ... but I rate this as an incredible buy at this level.. and i'm already in profit .. ready for the IPO which I feel will be greatly received by the wider US investment community. You clearly don't your entitled to your view but you claiming "tek might have to downgrade its nav" (also might not) firstly do you think their Nav is having much of an impact on the SP at the moment ... Our Nav is roughly 3 x mkt cap at the moment ... clearly the UK market isn't valuing us on our Nav.... we will always trade at a discount. Also we will not run a side by side balance sheet reflecting the day by day valuations on each business we hold.... let's see where we are when the quarterly and yearly's are done and where GDNT's SP is then.... you may be surprised (I wont) ... we could well be on for increasing our NAV. that's why I am buying now.... before the event !!!

Couldn't agree more... doesn't get much better than this ! It wouldn't surprise me to see this at 20p+ maybe even 30p might not take that long either... if the IPO is a roaring success then a % of that value falls over into us.

Yep nice little tick up ... MM's now 57p and I suspect not all 5 of them have any intentions of selling stock and will move pretty lively once the first one gets hit.

Having been sceptical as well having met up with Rick a few times now, I can say for get rtl its the big boys who are making the switch and that traction is in full swing !

Exactly .... it will always trade at a discount to the NAV however the disparity is insane and for those willing to see ... will see what a steal this is at the current market cap ! .. just buy and hold it and watch the assets grow !

All eyes on Guident however SALT is making good headways and will more than likely double the SP in the next 12 months as sales are soring !

SCAP now moving up as well.... and another 200k buy following on from yesterdays 200k buyer... just keep buying chaps IMO huge money to be made !

I’ll still be buying as will many others… firstly nothing has changed if it’s a few weeks more jeezzz this is investing.. things take time and delays often happen. (That hasn’t formally been confirmed by the way)

I expect the volume to continue as holders look beyond a few weeks
