Good to see prices going in the right direction.
Sierra “ I have a substantial holding”; but apparently little knowledge of my own share. Lmfao.
Sorry but you come across as a subtle deramper. When is the permit being issued you asked? And yet you posted it will be completed by 10th September previously. Now you innocently ask about going private? I smell bs.
To be fair RAK, you stated you were 'overwhelmed' by todays RNS but don't say which parts were so 'overwhelming'. I think most who read it felt that it was quite positive. Expected increase to 70-80,000 tonnes per month, an increase in coal prices, II funded placing, at 5.3% dilution, £6m investment in plant and a permit expected to be granted shortly, which given they've invested £6m in new plant, they must be confident is nailed on. So what part of the RNS did you find 'overwhelming'?
Bye
So much knowledge of what’s to come and yet he lost so much money? From experience I find derampers always appear when good things are about to happen.
Spoons or the Bathams for me. One’s convenient, the other has great beer. Looking forward to having one when we get the permit through, should be very soon.
Good god. So are we all the Kford branch of Ben’s. Seems like there’s a lot of us.
Nice to see coal prices finally starting to move in the right direction. Up 2% yesterday. First signs of the Russian ban taking effect? Time will tell.
To be fair, it only came in yesterday. I suspect it’s going to take a little longer than 24 hours before it’s effect is reflected in coal prices.
In the recent interview he did the ceo also stated that permit was expected by the end of July but if it rolled over into August he wasn’t worried
When the EU banned coal, starting 10th August, they also stipulated that new contracts could not been signed with Russia, from the date the announcement was made (7th April). So a rush of new contracts, as you suggest, cannot be happening in the EU.
Bens Creek Group plc (AIM: BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America supplying the steel industry, announces that it was notified on 4 July 2022 by John Story that, following a sale of 12,175,963 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 June 2022 at an average price of 40.778 pence per share, he no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital
I think he did make 1k. Wouldn't lie would he?

As judge Judy says, thats the thing about being a liar, you have to have a good memory. Or read your own history.
Jackester " I think if the theory that the chemo drugs only activate when they reach a solid tumour containing FAP cells would reduce side effects"
As AS explained, all cells contain FAP. The difference is tumours contain more considerably more FAP, so activation levels would be higher in tumours and lower in the heart. SP aside, I hope this thing works, as the benefits to us all far outweigh any monetary gain.
Correct. Intra day gaps occur all the time and as you say, this one filled. No big deal.
The gap occured because Thursday's closing price was 89p and Friday's opening price was 98.75. Hence the gap.
You're looking at 5% of the current price. If this goes through court, ask yourself what the share price would have been, clearly not 6p, take into account the continued risk factor, then decide what value the dilution places the sp at. Personally I think 3p is too high, but 0.5 p is clearly too low.
Cheers Greg22, you just solved my wifes present problem with your link. Just bought her a dinosaur poo pendant. Have a good day.
Looks like its an early start for the uninvested. Must be worried their spread bet gamble is going **** up. Chips with no rice tonight.
