Not in SG just keeping an eye more out of interest if anything and to compare / contract to KIBO. Both EDL and NCCL are two one dimensional for me, personally I feel KIBO has more going for it.

Fair point SG. I've been following EDL / NCCL a little closer more recently and would agree whilst I am sure shareholders appreciate the regular updates its more of a progress update where nothing material has changed. It only serves to inflate expectations / SP. Not saying its any better or worse than KIBO. Just making an observation. I am sure many would appreciate the same sort of update here. I'd rather see a definitive update when its ready (good or bad)

Good luck Sonic I'm steering well clear. I really cannot fathom how anyone with such levels of concern persists to either hold shares or wants to point it out to others when clearly they don't share the same perspective on events. All for a good discussion / debate.

Drax lets just be factual as well. Whilst the company is putting out deadlines its deadlines given to them by the Govt / Tanesco. They can hardly contradict them in a public RNS and say we dont believe they are realistic. For example the MOU RNS stated "We will continue to work closely with all the relevant parties and remain positive that the Ministry will honour its commitment to deliver a signed PPA by the end of Q1." I can see its going to be a long day.

Financial position section is interesting as its clear we are short a few bob for the year based on forecasts. There are some options to cover it that are worth a read and the loan maturity extension is helpful.

Tele .. not so sure it would be much use in 2106 for any of us.

Bloody ad popping in the posts Dec 2106 RNS re Sandersons facility � Sanderson has the right to convert up to �1.5m of amount drawn down on the Facility into Kibo Shares at the 30 day VWAP prior to the repayment date of the total Facility amount.

Bang on shrubby Kibo ..... has today issued ....... as a partial settlement on the balance of funds drawn down under the forward payment facility between Kibo and Sanderson announced on 21 December 2016. I wonder if this was actually due or asked for?

For the record I think your way off the mark and I think Sonic is being very measured in his reply. I was going to write a more fulsome response but could hear the rest of board groaning so will leave it at that. Lets move on.

The agreement with RTZ is open to interpretation. RIO only seems to have a right if KDR decide to bulk sample ... and as far as I am away we haven't done anything on that scale to date. They have these rights "in any project identified by Karelian in Finland" so does that apply to those projects using the RIO data or any other project where KDR or GTK have done the sampling. So we are not solely reliant on RTZ but if we had to bulk sample and self fund we would be looking at significant dilution whereas the terms of the Rio agreement are very favourable, they pay we retain 49%. Thats no to say we could agree a similar arrangement with another company. So it all comes down to whether KDR need to bulk sample to prove the level of resources

well perhaps that's what we are waiting for the EDL price collapse and a low ball offer ...... Seriously, no one likes to see genuine shareholders loose out so I sympathise. Good to see NCCL doing well And on KIBO another weekend looms. Clearly work is still ongoing or we would have heard otherwise. Whether that's disagreement over terms or additional / new items who knows.

Just seen it ..... 30% discount placing ...... makes LC look like a commercial genius ....
