similar journey glib but breakeven is a long way north of 15p. I think I need 40p plus but can at least see a realistic route to that depending on the drill results. Wish I was in at 2.5p or when AOGL delisted but thats life. Its all in a SIPP anyway so may see this towards production

They have already more cash than they need for the initial drills. Any further raise if required will be on the back of a resource upgrade and rising share price.

15% is irrelevant. This is the current trading price of helium one ... best indicator of what the market is prepared to pay

There is value here at this level for those wishing to take the risk of holding a delisted stock
As a LTH I'm still expecting to break even / get a return at some point and happy to keep in SIPP until it happens

I was under the impression that we were looking for one 'lender' for the full peak funding requirement which doesn't appear to be the case.

They have expressions of interest to finance for more than the peak funding requirement of $36m and one of those is a non-binding term sheet for 40% .

Not how I read it ... 40% of the peak funding requirement is 40% of the $36m not $110

Financing - he does like to make things sound more complicated than perhaps what they need to be
Timelines - who knows? The restated report is in draft, then an independent valuation ... due diligence cant be completed until those two points addressed and in the meantime set up the incorporated JV which all sounds like not before Christmas.

Just seems to be me to have completely underestimated the work required (even with Covid) or the size of opportunity has grown. If this was isolated then fair enough but its not and that's the concern. Ah well back to waiting .......

Mine are in the SIPP (II) and will stay there until this plays out

Basically the shares would remain in the SIPP, you'd still be a
shareholder, you'd still be entitled to any dividends or benefits accruing from
the shares, etc. But you would no longer be able to trade the shares on a
recognised exchange so you'd have a security in your SIPP than you couldn't
readily turn into cash should you need it. We generally don't support matched bargain facilities so you'd probably
need to transfer your SIPP to a broker that did if you wanted to participate in
that to sell the shares, and even then it's impossible to say how long it would
take to find a buyer through that mechanism. Your alternative is to sell the shares before the delisting occurs.

OK so what has your company done in 12 months

- Appointed another non-exec director Mr Bird
- Secured vehicular access to Lahtajoki but still no mining permit in a mining friendly country
- Talked about the 'discovery' of pink diamonds
- Secured two more diamond reservations around the Company’s Riihivaara kimberlite discovery
- Diversified into looking for Diamonds in Ireland

So he reckoned 30 days to drill and get this report. Fine. Lets assume then from start of drill to report 30 days which is the maximum time to could take. Drilling we know started drilling started on or around because they tweeted a video entitle Blyvoor site media showing drilling. 30 days on is around 20th Nov so where is the resource update? He then gave himself another 30 days to sort the Finance and you would assume based on previous experience of not getting it right he had allowed plenty of time.

Now you could say perhaps he wants to update on both at same time but not sure he can hold back a resource update.

Unless SA is in total lockdown the resource update should be out by now

CF the potential here is huge, as it has been and perhaps still is at KIBO (at todays price) and I think that compounds the frustration. Lets see if the run to Christmas can be the sort of run we've been looking forward to these last few years

Phoenix11 - go back and look when KIBO and then KAT said they would first progress Haneti. This has taken an interminable time and cost to get to this point. This drill though was always funded ... I think they have working capital to at least the New Year but the longer it goes on the more we raise at a lower level.

Its great news the rig is on its way to site subject to a change in covid regulations.
Its a great looking asset and Nickel is hot at present

Potter you ought to be careful who you label as deceitful. I have no doubt there are people who frequent these boards that are far from transparent but most of the people that post regularly on here are expressing genuine concerns and frustrations borne out of experience with KIBO and LC. They are not decietful. Some are more frustrated and damming than others but they have been and are being proved correct based on evidence to date.... so far.

No doubt when an RNS lands we will get the flood of day traders with 'expect 10p today'

Cracking opportunity, challenging times with Covid, could have been better managed / communicated with hindsight. that will hopefully recover shareholder value here and to some extent at KIBO.
