HL / TD and the like offer IPO's but not placings that I'm aware of. They have larger IT teams and budgets. There concern with TEA / Primary bid etc will be more around the impact it could have longer term on AIM trade volumes. Why buy an AIM stock with a trade commission of £5-£15 at market rate when you can wait for a discounted placing perhaps. The technology is disruptive. They will be interested in clients transferring stock bought via Teathers so it can be sold via their pwn platform. So on primary bid there is a facility to transfer your stock to another broker (for a fee). TD / HL might be interested in the IPO element but it may be more costly than creating there own IPO offer pages - but on the flip side might increase the take up if in the longer term more clients are signed up on TEA than there own platforms -

Unless of course in the next three months I see that shard offer a few successful IPO's / Placings that I'd be interested in, then I might add fund sand wait for the next offering

I see your point but it will be down to individual brokers that use the App whether they effectively let you buy on uncleared funds. I have an existing broker account (and a a shard account) and hope they sign up with TEA then there is no issue of having funds as I only signed up with shard to see the process but would be reluctant to have funds held in shards account that I may or may not use for months.

I'm signed up with my home iPad but have a company blackberry so don't see any updates during the day. Nice to hear it / see it here first Not interested in the plcings or IPO's at present so its not an issue but like to see what the TEA app is being used for and how it works.

darrenp - been looking to get into Uranium for a while now and this looks a good bet to me. Price of Uranium is starting to rise, there are many new power stations scheduled to come on stream by 2020 and Uranium supply is limited / regionalised. I am currently in Kibo and they are sat on a Uranium deposit waiting for the market to pick up.

Nice to have you back Casper. I still have a small holding here at a similar avg to yourself but not inclined to buy anymore yet. Agree very high risk but happy to let it play out for now.

So you would see MX Oil being a 'broker' rather than a explorer / producer? Identify potential and sell an interest in .the concessions for others to take the risk. Take 10% of something rather than 100% of potentially nothing.

possible, tho' less likely near term, news on a deal outside the formal licensing rounds. Forgive my ignorance but if Pemex have to give up a number of concessions once the legislation is passed whats to stop them offloading ones now they have less interest in. In this case, isnt the above more likely?
