Hi Mate, yes, quietly in the background, keeping an eye on this one, its hit our initial target price i see, but i was wondering what charts are saying now?, my worry is i see FTSE in for a big fall and logic says this will follow it, EURO looking more of a nightmare by the day.

I think your either a believer or not in charts, ce la vie, but i must admit i've seen numerous chartists on these boards call it right time and time again. Buzle - i agree mate i see a HUGE tanking coming - triggered by Greece and then contagion. Worrying times and i dont' just mean for investors, the world as a whole.thanks for the charts mate.

Out at present myself, funnily enough was waiting for 30p, as yes i agree long term good prospect.. It seems in times of hardship people try and gamble there way out of it, as all on line bookies doing ok at present.

Yes Maxwell did ramp a little - lol - however no more than many others on other boards, as he says at the end of the day we all make our own informed decisions and decide who we listen to and who we don't. If someone bothers us that much we can always filter them. So feel free to post Maxwell and anyone else.

Funny, every board has a Maxwell, on UKC it was Ziena, HMB its fernbank, people who are constantly positive on a share, if itcomes good they are a hero! I hope Maxwell turns out to be one. I have seen some critiscm levied on this board to those who don't own the share airing there views, these people are the most valuable as long as they do it constructively. You always become more 'favourable; to a share once you own it. Well we are near enough at a year low now and tomorrow mornings announcement is crucial to direction this takes, most importantly with a view to takeover, i think the actual results are im-material even if really good, all any one cares about is takeover. Many have issued good results in sector recently and there price has hardly moved. all i would say is that i think if deal does fall through it won't be the last appraoch in the next twelve months as the market needs consolidation, BPty are already in Aus, so SBT must be a prominant target for them with the aquisition of centrepoint. If this does tank tomorrow i may well be out with a fair old loss if i'm honest, so fingers crossed, good luck all in and to you Maxwell for all your positiveness

I hear all Maxwell is saying and certainly hope true, but currently not looking good with SP still falling. I don;t think results will boost sp either, only a positive announcement. If its a negative one we will see new year lows like 888 did, before a rebound to around 40-43. Lets hope this is put to bed soon.....

Personally, I think the ladbrokes/SBT side of things is probably all but there, my nervousness is over the turkish sale, which i think the deal hinges on. That is certainly not a deal done yet, this is where my nervousness lies, good chance yes, done deal not totally.

For the links chaps, i wonder if this will bolster share price back to 50p area?
