I think there lack of reply is a response on itself....lol.....all the oil exploratory companies in fairness require the patience if a saint....should come good here though....certainly better placed than two months ago..

When I started readin TopKnot post I thought it was the response Jev4 had recieved, lol! Keep us posted Kev, Topknots probably right, but it will be interesting to see how investor friendly the response is....

Not sure I agree with the last comment, All traders on CNBC last night were saying buy gold miners and indeed moneyweek was too this week, purely on the old principle that Tech stocks are expensive and miners look oversold, the Gold price has been tested but there is still lots of demand.....people are still using it as a security blanket and some countries still can't get enough of it. The share reminds me of Trinity mirror, which for over a year sat with a P/E of one and was a mere 29p, not quite the same here, but my point is one day its like the markets just wake up to a share and I think this will happen to AMA and also RMP in the next 12 months.

Yes, absolutely, if we saw some sort of refund however i could see this jumping 1p...would have been nice

Not a good RNS today, basically appears first appeal court has deemed fines as fair and now they've appealed to a higher level, with higher higher levels if they reject the appeal. does not look good, hence fall in share price, hopefully 1.45 is bottom....hopefully

Blimey, mate, I wouldn't put the words 'good company' next to HMB! I've for a few years now thought there'd get there act together, but nothing but continued broken promises. My theory is though, that the law of averages says they will have a flukey good year sooner or later! , just hope it's sooner.lol

Overall fall with the market i think. RNS's no matter how good at present are being ignored. Trend is friend and sadly the markets whole current trend is down..........

Given that they released the last update after hours on a thursday night before a 4 day bank holiday its clear they want to make a little as possible of these 'issues'. I certainly don't believe there explanation of 'its just the way things happened' ref the rather dodgy timing of it. As for the fine, if its lowered great, we'll prbably bounce back half to one p, but given that hambledon are known for continually not performing as promised, i would not bank on this.IMO the best we can hope for is a good further production number in three months when the last rns is forgotten and a slow and painful ride back up to 3/4 p in around a year, unless some miracle happens and the fine is refunded, something i cannot see from a kaza govt with the money in there bank!

Payment date is 25th May, if you spread bet them now, will IG pay out or do you have to hold them from March with IG too, i thought they just paid if holding them on pay date and that you did not have to have them on cut off 27th March?

If given our market cap and outlook if we'll become a takeover target ourselves, if we stay at this level too long.

Or have they spent the money due to go on this mine on the huge fine and repair bill and hence are not in a cash postion to now proceed. I think i may be in this share alot longer than i anticipated!
