I bought in at £3.06 and thought I had a bargain, sold out at £.3.20 and got the special dividend but I never expected to see it drop to £2.69. what is going on

Yes we know it was paid to the brokers on the 14th but many of us haven't received it. I contacted HL on the 14th asking why payment hadn't been made and as of typing this I've had no response from HL and the dividend STILL hasn't been paid

Noticed a few people from HL saying they haven't had their dividend payment, I also trade with HL and STILL haven't received mine, getting fed up with how slow and cumbersome HL is think I might transfer over to AJ Bell

Between this and the vanguard global All cap I can't really find anything better to put my money into. The returns are staggering, I started buying into this fund at £78 a share

The special dividend alone is worth a buy, I can see the price rocketing up to Friday then maybe dropping below £3 again come ex Divi date. B&M isn't going anywhere I may be too optimistic but can definitely see the shares getting up to £3.80 over the next 12 months

I bought 227 shares yesterday at £3.06 and it's already up to £3.20. coupled with my special dividend in January this was a perfect time to load up on B&M. No matter how bleak the UK looks right now B&M is in a perfect place to weather the storm and have some real massive gains in the future
