I agree with Paul Scott. Wish I did not. Was hoping to buy back in to try to recover some of my DVRG losses but Paul Scott pinpoints the reasons why I sold a few months ago. It a real shame great technology does not always result in sales. DVRG don't seem to have the finances to wait out arrival of future sales...

Seems to me that SAFESTOCKS is in the know with good sources of info - it was only yesterday he mentioned Stellantis and now we have the WIN. Are PIs being to pessimistic with the Global situation and allowing it to overshadow the ever becoming crystal clearer future for SEE -

Whilst a good RNS would be great, 2 or 3 over a few months would be mind blowing - hard to understand why anyone invested for the long term would risk selling and having to buy back in after such events, indeed we have already been told that SEE are heading for contract wins well above their historic high win rate - yes there are world economy issues but it is small holders right now that are the sellers - times like this make it worthwhile re reading past RNSs and your research in my view...

they still hold 8 million shares according to sharepad - over 3.25% of total - so I think its clear they want out as they have been constant sellers at any price - real shame DVRG cannot find a new Institutional Investor - my view is that until we see evidence of large order intake and cash position for pre and post death spiral finance deal date the down trend will continue -

DavidW - I understand your frustrations but SEE Share price is now where it was a month ago - compare this to NASDAQ, S&P etc over the last month - and take Russia into account as well - and I think the result is that SEE Share price has help up well in the very short term given the backdrop ...

ChrisH... GB only bought a few recently and compared to his exist holding % the small additional buy makes no real difference in my view and the latest buy was just an attempt to install a little confidence and it has not worked - investors might believe if the buy was £50k plus and if other directors were buying as well - we await a factual update of the cash position and burn rate...

Issues for me are -:
BAD
Lack of info about cash burn rate
No update on any £s not used from the 10M cash raise.
Future substantial dilution - warrants etc.
Selected reporting and lack of updates on previous RNSs
GOOD
The Tech - all divisions.
DONT KNOW
Future demand for products - orders etc.
RESULT
Lack of confidence to invest at current price.
Future success needs to smash it out of the park - sales and margins.
Need to see more / some evidence this will happen.

Funds ready to buy back in but happy to risk losing out for a lower re-entry price.

Production orders without revenues / sales - simply weakens the business by converting cash into materials /stock and you cannot cover your overheads with stuff - you need money... Real orders to real customers who pay for goods generating profit - without real sales to end customers production orders exchanges cash for unsold stock...

One should not confuse Production orders as sales... could be for stock that does not sell through to end user .. or for sales department to use as sales demos etc. This needs real sales to real customers. If GB stated something like "we have indicated future orders worth X and this is why we are building up stock with production so we are ready to deliver fast when the orders are confirmed" then maybe the share price would not have crashed - so where are the orders? and where did the 10M raised last year go ?

Sadly I sold last week at 12.7p and 16.25p - the largest loss I have ever had - and sadly the company for which i had the most hope for achieving mega returns for me but with an average buying price of 27p and the fund raise just could not see this recovering my losses - selling this holding was a decision based on the now much larger risk DVRG represents, and future dilution removing upside potential but above all the I decided I an not prepared to guess anymore. Like guessing how much of the 10m fund raise was left - the burn rate - when we could expect some decent MW Orders - over the last few months we have had sadly a drip feed of share price propping RNSs and no real factual information upon which to base investment decisions - now I have sold the price will probably recover somewhat but the risks are now too high for me to reinvest .. so sad..

The buying volume needed was not there. Not enough interest from investors. Money in the bank and government contracts needed...
