Yes I’m still in he1.. just find it hard to participate in the forum due to the sheer volume of posts.. I am in a few others too..its very rare that I just dip in and out unless a quick opportunity arises lol.😜..so like to nurture the ones I’m in 😊

Ok we get it, not been a great year.. but all this is leading up to a break even and the only way is up from there.. so you have a choice, persue previous losses and focus on the demise ( which is a risk in itself because that may not even happen.. or look to the future, which is still rosy imo.. know how I’m gonna see it, lots of recoveries happening this week so this is lined up for next .. 🤗

Hardly a smart move causing a detrimental impact on shareholders and they will take all this into consideration,no good will come out of issuing a huge fine in this case and I’m not sure using Cirata as an example as opposed to a company like Tescos would be effective either, but no doubt we will find out shortly…

Exactly this, ironic, but what interest would there be to impose a huge fine affecting a fresh management team and sales team who did not participate in the fraud? a little confusing why this issue has not yet been closed down properly. ..but it was mentioned these investigations can take years.so potentially leading to a DD lynch.

Fine weigh up the risk, but when it came to the fundraiser itself ( which was the focal point previously) it was maximised into something and turned into nothing…Cirata has been pretty transparent about outlining the risks.so yes it’s still not a smooth road, but just imo not worth focusing on .

Worse case scenario, not going to happen.

Yes with a company that is still trading, and going strong they would have a success rate, but wandisco is dead and buried… it would be like flogging a dead horse…hence why it is now Cirata..

Ps this extra drop is due to the situation in the US , so load up while you can , I don’t think it will be staying at these levels for very long .

Not going to happen, they are not even paying their bonuses back, all responsibility has diminished. The days of wandisco are long gone. Are you the minority share holder in question?

He’s not going anywhere until he’s turned this baby around especially as he will loose his title as the turnaround ceo. ..admittedly he seems to be aging slightly doing so ( as are we and also not going anywhere 😅) …but he’s here to stay!!

Yes and good interview too, you have to be humble and balanced when cutting costs/ laying off staff .. the ground is getting laid nicely for a take off and everyone is getting into position .
