Reabold Resources plc, the investing company focussed on developing strategic gas projects for European energy security, announces that on 14 June 2024, the spouse (being a 'person closely associated') of Michael Felton, Non-executive Director, purchased 33,332,006 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.075 pence per share.

Following this transaction, which is further detailed in the PDMR Notification Form below, Michael Felton's (including persons closely associated with Michael Felton) ultimate beneficial ownership is 58,572,605 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).

Reabold Resources plc, the investing company focussed on developing strategic gas projects for European energy security, announces that on 13 June 2024, the following transactions were made by Directors of the Company.

a) Sachin Oza, Co-Chief Executive Officer, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 16,744,286 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.0575 pence per share from his personal holding and immediately purchased 25,000,000 shares at a price of 0.0665 pence per share into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA"), and separately purchased a further 135,714,285 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.07 pence per share.

b) Stephen Williams, Co-Chief Executive Officer, purchased 40,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.0698 pence per share.

Following these transactions, which are further detailed in the PDMR Notification Forms below, Sachin Oza's (including persons closely associated with Sachin Oza) ultimate beneficial ownership is 219,720,298 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.16% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). Stephen Williams' (including persons closely associated with Stephen Williams) ultimate beneficial ownership is 87,304,697 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.86% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).

They will pay the price Persiomonne, when the R.N.S and the herd arrive as there have been quite alot of shares taken off the market in recent weeks so they will not be able to buy their multi million shorts back so easily, never a better time to buy.

Directors recently bought at .007.

Anyway to certainly have kept the B.B busy good work persiomone.

It is certainly looking a bit better today, but we need another big volume day to lift the price and force the shorters to close can anyone afford to buy a couple of hundred million ?

Oh and thanks for your many updates on C.S much appreciated.

On recompletion dude like many others my view of the directors is pretty low, they had really good assets and screwed them all up and missed the boat over and over again at critical points, but the current S.P is a mockery and a definite multi-bagger.

It won't be long now and we can all get out at a breakeven for some and a profit for others, as soon as W.N is drilled again I am gone and will leave the the the thread to Tom/Persi all his alter ego's and flunkies.
