And SimmyD is still a long suffering shareholder holding a sizeable chunk !!!

State of play is that all the businesses under the Entu name carry on trading as normal. Latium group now take the reins and the old shareholders get diddly squat !!

Of course they are. This has been a massive stitch up. They floated this company and made a lot of money. Leave it a couple of years, then drive the price down and let it go into administration. Then up pops Mr Brian Kennedy again to buy/rescue the company for next to nothing ! Its nothing short of criminal. Note his wife was main shareholder on tear sheet with 30%. Anyway, at least the double glazing rogues are all happy now they've stiffed the public again.

I think the long term holders are all in quite heavily as it is. I don't think it's possible to keep 'piling in' every time there's a dip in the share price. Every sensible investor knows you don't put all your eggs in one basket no matter how compelling the case. And with MP at the helm you still need to be slightly wary !!

My purchase this morning at 18.51p is showing as a sell, so I'd suggest the other two trades are buys as well.

I couldn't believe what I was reading. Very philosophical indeed. I bet Mr Winnifrith has a pop at that ! Still, I've been here a long time and am certainly not selling anything at the moment. I just hope I get my loyalty rewarded by the time I retire !!

Looks like someone has sold 1000 shares over 5 trades in a 12 minute spell today and the MM's have reacted.

I'm still here too. Rightly or wrongly, CRV is the biggest holding in my SIPP. Not looking to sell any of this holding for a long time yet.

Not a great reaction from the market to a solid set of results. I'll be holding though.

Tom Winnifrith seriously questioning CRV in an article on Tues this week I believe. He can't believe the $150 m investment and thinks it's a spoof. The man knows nothing !
