Kefi is a no brainer if you have 4 year outlook to get full reward. Today invest £50k and potentially get back £40k in dividends from 2029. Sure some execution risk and some gold price risk but we would not be over 90% discounted if that was not the case. Gla!

The best post i read to explain this bonkers undervaluation of Metals is that its the same as buying a house for $650k and getting $650k per year in rent for 12 years for a 100% yield. Now that is a nice yield. Lucky to get 5% these days. Go figure why Metals is so undervalued!

Harry has always maintained, and not said otherwise, financing would be finalised in February. I am assuming monday is likely for update but i would not complain if it moves a few days. With this in mind and US about to strike Iran, as they have no interest in giving up Uranium enrichment, gold will jump maybe to 5500 as that skirmish could drag on for months until Iran has no more ability to stockpile uranium. Quite odd how Kefi has gone sideways for so long?

Monday is on i am sure with RNS. Its a biggie so better to allow the whole week to help re-rate Kefi as it is long overdue. We cant stay at current levels as we are worth less than most flea bitten junior miners doing small volumes. This is a galantic size project heading to 200k gold oz just for TK and we have already started earthworks but fully derisking Kefi 100% an moving all costs to TKGM will he amazing for Kefi holders as we will have over 75% fall in costs and Kefi will be generating income from billing time and expenses to TKGM. Almost puts to bed ever needing a placing ever again as we will be debt free but on the line for over $350m cash from 2028 so plenty of lines of credit will be available and enough to cover our commitment to Saudi to get JQ and Hawiah into production. I think the $30m talked about of possible excess borrowing was lined up for Saudi. Exciting times as we head for 15p share price over next 2 years!

Tomorrow we retest 2p. Obviously we mighy get the you know what RNS (although i personally hope monsay) and we could push on over next few weeks past 2.5-3p and it changes the game. We convert our $110m sweat equity into 85% of a $340m debt financed mine and we will be looking at 200k ounzes a year by 2029 after a few years of ramping up. When Saudi drops certainly going to raise the heat and between now and first pour around 15p to add to the shareprice. 1.9p/2.5/3.5p will all a bargain when you look back in a few years while enjoying the 1.5p dividend! Plenty of serious size trades been going through last 3 days. Shareprice has nudged up but not really given the share buying. I can only assume they might be internal transfers but i guess Metals is starting to motor again. If we add a penny next week i will not be disappointed.

Good things come to those that wait. The main course of Kefi towards £2bn-£4bn market cap will happen over the next 18-24 months. That is 10-20x on current market cap and fully supported by the business metrics where we are making in the order of $4000 per ounze and bear in mind Kefi aims to go to 200k per annum gold from initial 145k. That is total FCF of $800m per annum or $680m to Kefi per annum! I suspect you will not find a better lock up and leave investment anywhere else and a pension you would be proud of. This can easily deliver 1.5p dividend upwards off those numbers. Only risk is execution (however the mine is bog standard and off the peg ) and the gold price changing. Most analysts see gold rising substantially but even at gold at $3000 an ounze we are making significant returns. Next week we should get the final piece of the cash to unlock the debt fully and we are already clearing the site and building so project is well underway. Saudi is going to blow the doors off when it lands post TK news. gla

Its a 200m spur only from the road needed as there is already power. Any sparky can install that. Mines often need complete systems built and miles of cabling but its as simple as it gets. DP is organising the rest and he is well ahead of schedule. I expect he would run the spur himself and just leave them to hook up. By June things will be already be nearly completed as we are over 50% by February.

I am more expecting 25-30p+ by Christmas. The numbers for La India actually support far higher and a maiden dividend will be announced in 2027. DP also has his rabbit yo his sleeve for Runruno in H1 so plenty to keep things motoring north over coming months, not least resurgent gold price!

Can you imagine the debt of gratitude Ethiopia owes to Kefi to have single handedly put Ethiopia on the global mining map. I suspect a lot of significant licenses will come our way as thet know the numbers TK can leverage. Kefi will become a powerful miner over next 5 years and valuation i created was just on TK! Gonna be a massive uplift over coming months.

Kefi is a very simple company to value as we know all the expected values today. The only discount today is execution risk and changes to gold price. If you are bullish on gold price then if we take a gold price of $5200 at first pour at end of 2027/early 2028 then the numbers are simple. At say $5,200 gold with AISC $1,144 oz and base case 164koz annual production we will get 87% to Kefi that is $571m cash per annum. This is 2.28p - 2.76p per share. Of this at least 50% will be dividend so realistically this backs up many supported ideas of dividend up to 1.5p per annum for shareholders today. This also leans towards a 15p+ share price once in production. The numbers speak for themselves. We now have to let time takes its course but there are many companies with market cap between $2bn and $5bn for this sort of FCF. gla

$20m cash in the bank cant be ignored. Just final cash due shortly and we unlock the full $340m including debt and we are ready to re-rate. Saudi must be ready to roar once Kefi finalises the finessing of its remaining equity. Incredible time to be invested in Kefi!

Time to step aside as Kefi is shortly to do its next re-rate. The consolidation around 1.8-2p is good to remove those cannot see the future and allow those that can to join and benefit from the multibag ahead of us. Welcome aboard all those buying in recently as you will be richly rewarded if you have a 1-2 year horizon.

All i see are a lot of catalysts for gold to go a lot higher as probably why we are all invested in Metals. Next re-rate of Metals will come shortly as we are currently on a PE of 1 in 2027 so sooner of later the bargain hunters will move in. I am here for dividends that i think will be announced orcbe warmed up later this year and 2027 as we are 100% debt free, $50m in the bank and about to start banking cash at silly rates at the end of the year. If the market does not revalue Metals appropriately then DP to fend of a take over will need to announce a dividend and get our shareprice properly valued. Today it is a sitting duck.

Looks like we have more time needed to churn over the traders before possible news later this week. Seems crazy that with gold hovering around $5200 we are going sideways when our NPV just keeps on getting bigger!

Lots appears to be going on just hope it translates into a profitable outcome or at least a big order pipeline that would be guaranteed if the hydrogen storage can be scaled as it would be massive globally. Biggest issue of Hydrogren has been a lot about storage. If it happens could easily sky rocket to an unknown valuation. Just China orders would be enormous.

Re-rate will be swift over a couple of days once all financing confirmed. Institutions can finally start to move in on certainty however changing broker and getting a main listing in next 3 months would do us a huge favour as trackers and more institutions and funds can buy in. Kefi is already clearing site and early construction so they are not messing around. Mine is totally standard West Australian off the peg so its almost plug an play. Saudi update in early March once TK all done and dusted. Saudi will be massive update given its been under wraps almost a year and big upgrades to Hawiah and JQ, the latter about to move to financing and build. Do wonder if Kefi might somehow boost its share of Saudi as Kefi plc will be debt free and costs reduced 75% once moved to TKGM and we are owed $10m from recent development that might well be used? Exciting times!

I thought lab was already completed and the 20k of recent drilling would get processed for release and see how many millions of ounzes we can start to add. I am sure DP is looking yo uplift gold resource by a few million before we get a takeover offer and maximise our value. If we add 1-2m that is exactly what a major will be looking for and lock in a 20-30 LOM. Assuming spur is added end of June we are 4 months away from almost being ready to cold commission plant and in meantime DP can stockpile. The two early pits of super high grade ore i suspect will be first as that will mean we get very high turnover early doors once in production. Amazing to see gold getting close to $5200 and hopefully make another crack at $5500 soon!
