We have already had germanium (as opposed to geranium) results in the last assay, released on 17th February, it didn’t do a lot for the sp. Also, yes barium was detected and they said they will test for gold… So it’s gold that is the interesting possibility, not the already known presence of barium. Anyway maybe it will jump 50% with some excellent results, who knows. Some more exposure would help.

I topped up at 0.18. It’s hard to know what the current impact of this global instability will have but usually there’s short term volatility, things go down, but often longer term growth in certain sectors. Pretty grim to be speculating on profits caused by such destruction and horror but it’s possible metal mining will see a growth in the medium / long term because of the current expenditure of arms… I think? I’d take peace over any indirect profits though.

Very odd behaviour from ragingcow but I’ll bite… how about the latest RNS? Will that suffice? Here’s a direct quote:

If you read the thread, you can see the context is of someone speculating on the ‘huge delay’ in lab results. There isn’t a huge delay in lab results. Yes, obviously, the drilling program is behind the initial outlined schedule but that schedule has been updated and extended. I’m working off the latest information provided to us, they are not way behind their current drilling program (which yes is a slower program than the one initially outlined).

There are no huge delays. Hole 0010 reported as completed on 19th December, then Christmas happened. Everyone back to work on the 5th at the earliest. That is exactly 6 weeks ago today. If you lot are going to be all jittery and constantly post every thought you have, at least put the minimal effort into understanding what is actually going on.

I’ve done some research and I think the SP goes down every time somebody pointlessly comments on the slightest price change. It goes up when people take up a new hobby or go outside to experience some nature.

It’s 5 weeks (see RNS on 19th Dec) since the completion of hole 010, the one referred to in terms of awaiting lab results in today’s RNS. If you’re going to make outlandish comments at least bother to do the 30 seconds of reading it requires to understand the situation.

I’ve said this before but RNS on 3rd Dec: ‘Hole HMO-008, which was terminated prematurely in one of the growth faults intersected a lode high in the hole at 69.71m. This interval is 0.2m @ 22.2% Zn, 16.2g/t Ge, 2.9% Pb, and 100.0g/t Ag.’

Those are lab results. There’s no other way they would know the Ge percentage of that lode. I don’t think we’re waiting for lab results from the first hole, I think this was it. I may be wrong but I don’t see any other explanation for the above.

Didn’t the RNS on 3rd December state the lab results from the first hole? :

How else would they know that the interval is 16.2g/t Ge if it wasn’t lab tested? I assumed this was it and they just hadn’t made a big deal about it because it was a dud hole. When doing my research I found that lab results are usually ready within 3-5 weeks of digging completion.

Yeah that example is pretty thin but this is the exploration phase. Theres always thin veins but the fact they’re there at all is very encouraging.

Funny how several people have found reasons for negatively, what are you expecting? A report saying they’ve actually found chests full of cash and uncut diamonds for 100m? This is objectively a really positive result and the first big step in the right direction after a tricky start. It’s not champagne popping time but buy a chocolate bar to celebrate!

Whooop! This is a very strong drill result, with multiple exceptionally high-grade zinc and silver hits that confirm the model and the continuity of the mineralisation. When the lab assays support these pXRF results and we see the germanium levels, things are going to get serious!

The SP should be going up, with that Germanium result, not down IMHO.

22.2% Zn is exceptional, 16.2g/t Ge even more so and 100.0g/t Ag is a decent commercially viable levels. I know it’s just from a small sample in a difficult hole, but why isn’t more made of this!? Whoever is writing these RNS need to up their game.

What are you on about? This isn’t some puzzle to solve, if there’s expensive stuff in the ground that’s easy to get out, the value of the company goes up. So let’s wait and see. (Also, Hellenic means Greece)

Surely an RNS coming this week to report how the second hole drilling went!? An update on the potential second drill rig and maybe even an indication of when the first lab reports will arrive? Shirley!

The second hole should be complete or almost complete by now. The first hole really did take an extraordinary long time due to the issues. Should be getting assays back on hole 2 end of December / early January. Assays on hole 1 mid December. Report on how hole 2 drilling went in the next couple of weeks. If they get a second rig going this month, January onwards should be regular news incoming. This is all just an estimation though. Hopeful things are going to ramp up towards the end of the year and who knows what news will do to the SP before then

Assays take 3-5 weeks, so it’s not due next week. Some more positive reports as further holes are drilled would be great, keep the SP bobbing until some proper assays come through. But I’m not expecting this to do much until late December/January now

If you ask ChatGPT to summarise the RNS, as a mining expert, with no bias or undue positivity, it comes up with a pretty promising outlook including the following: Grades: excellent (very strong zinc tenor).

Width: modest, but not necessarily negative if later holes confirm repeated lenses or continuity.
