well the comment about a multi-drill campaign and loyal funders certainly weren't relevant CDF1!

And ps I haven't been a trader here been in many years, but i didn't like the deal. And i really don't like the fact we have one drill casino or bust. So you could say the 'casino' element is holding too many for the results filthy. And on that, i still hold 10s of millions just not the serval hundred of previous, which is probably more than many .. we all do what we do to project our capital. This would have been 15s at least now with the cln element - Plenty of time add here for the next couple of months at a reduced price imo..

Eddie -i sold a lot at mid 7s yes just about in profit after the funding rns ~(im sure you saw em) - isn't that the name of the game or we not allowed to sell our own shares? :) - im already better off for doing so. I still hold many millions but i didn't like the clns, it smacked of desperation and changed something for me - i will add some back likely in June as it will pump for the drill. Wont hold many for the drill as its coin toss with only a single drill paid, but will hold enough in case it strikes. Sad as after 5 years i expected a much better deal and to be able to reduce a lot higher. Its become a trading share for me now but hey ho .. its the way it tends to go more often than not when expectations are so high ..

Its house broker though so its PR. more than anything and paid by us.

The biggest fear here for me is that we only have one drill now rather than the promised campaign and although cos is 100% that may require more than one drill to hit the sweet spot - so with only one drill paid up who is going to risk staying in for the results with anything more than a token? yes multiples if strikes but 80% drop if it doesn't on maiden drill so massive gamble. Would then need to find the money fora second drill based on data from first.... I think it rises in anticipation form around June and worth scalling some more cash in in around then but only massive gamblers will hold much for spud results. Thats the disappointment with the CLNS as a lot of the expected 'safe' profit was to come from the financing deal and the CLNS scuppered than. Annoying after the years of anticipation as the drill itself is black/white, oh well ..

Isnt that exactly what i said, below, a deal of any sort better than no deal at all, but its still not the deal we wanted or where led to believe was happening .. which is also fact.

It’s just really messy and not the clean deal we were expecting. It’s just a wait and see now as to what happens I suppose. Hope for the best outcomes

There is always a way around it - they don’t have to short it themselves - but related parties can of course. He can’t control this.

It’s more to do with if each tranche is converted quickly and the market gets flooded with new stock serval times. Along side the fact that the cln holders might also short it before they convert to double benefit.

Just to add it’s obvious this was the only deal he could get, so the fact that a drill is happening is still something. It could have been much worse … ie no drill at all yet and an indefinite wait for something in the future alongside a highly discounted placing to keep the lights the lights on. And the sp would be at 2 not 6 - small mercies I suppose.

MD - some good points - why has he just completely skipped over the funding deal that has been on the table since August that we were all expecting? Not a mention of it - why did they pull out? Clns are a last resort funding solution and over many years I’ve never seen companies thrive who go down that route. The chat now is he tried to get another placing away at 5 and there were no takers. It’s just not the clean deal I wanted and I do t like the dilution, (asset level funding he promised, clns are far from that) as I said I still retain many millions but it’s a loss less than I originally held. The only way this does the multiples now is if the drill hits the sweet spot .. I hope for mine and everyone elses sake in here it does .. SL
