Have to say extremely disappointed with the last resort clns after being promised asset level funding.

Assume no one wanted to invest as after 30 years experience in the makets Clns are always a last resort and always kill the SP.

Whatever you might think about the promises of the clns owners, it’s already obvious they are shorting this (might be via associates) and what ever you say, you can’t have control over this - given that 0.0025p minimum to convert they will aim for this and it’s killing LTHs in terms of SP and ultimate dilution.

I’m sure you tried your best to get ‘proper funding’ - but clns will (and normally do) destroy SH value. Very disappointing after years holding here and now very little chance of recouping let along a profit - typical AIM black hole for holders. If you have any words of comfort please provide them!

Why didn’t TL just take for eg another 5% for the £9m - we would be at 15 now not 4s. I really don’t get it.

You might have little experience of clns but trust me I have!

We have but if you converted all the clns even at this price it give us a mc of 20m at 4s so at 12 thats 60m so the dream of 1p or even 0.5 is very distant as the mc would be 200mc .. the clns have been a distaster we have to admit that , v asset level funding that was promised. if you coveted them at 2,5 well 0.10 would be huge mc .. its a complete different animal now ..

90% of lths seem to have gone into hiding after posting for a decade .. im buying but with reservations ..

I guess so, but it shows the level of inetrest in the project ... a major could have had us for pocket change and taken 30-40%, but they decided not to .. why? i recon its because they dont believe the wider TL project will ever see the light of day and the x billions required to develop .. even if we prove up our bit its worth nothing without major major investment ..

Miker444 - you just have the usuals trading it up and down without proper news - a few big sells their - but when we get the juicy stuff it will fly and trade at a new level - better holding than risking it imo

Basically AB has executed the worst deal possible - the fact he couldn't get a soul to buy in at asset level speaks volumes .. and then he resorts to death spiral financing ..

Thought so - similar to me it has to be done - it was so obvious what would happen i just added 15 mil below 5 might be wrong but will bounce at some point, will add more as it drops

Im buying now though for the bounce .. just hope the clns holders don't get their 2.5 minimum
