Debt restructuring (12p), confirmation of above 2p eps (15p), fls suggesting organic growth and new contracts into 2019 (20-25p). A new acquisition?? (40p) all possible in 2018. Hold on. SL

Some of the drop prior to the placing will have likely been from those in the know. Don’t ever expect that price action related to an RNS is only after its announced! Either way there is no good reason why we should be south of 2.5p now with the results to date, other than the impatience of the ‘sell on news’ brigade.

One where 6% ‘added value’ dilution shouldn’t mean a 50% drop in the sp highs unless traders and chavs don’t understand what is going on here.

Fair chance of 2p by end of year? We were more than that a month ago and nothing has changed. I wouldn’t be happy with less than 5p year end - results depending. Gold stocks can literally 10bag on the right news so double figures isn’t out of the question.

Yep - trying to stay conservative, looks enviable either way that we are now at baseline valuation and multiples will undoubtedly come barring a complete disaster on all projects or a gold crash neither of which looks likely. All people need to do now is hold and wait. SL

Just reading up on the price of gold in the ground on kitco - ‘Based on 253 gold deposits acquired from 1990-2013, Cipher calculated a median benchmark value for an ounce of gold in the ground at about $40 and established that 80% of the ounces were valued at less than $90.’ So if only one of our projects comes off at 5m ounces proved up that’s a sale price to a major of $200-$450m or £150-350m - 7-15p a share. We could have 5-10 times this easily..

Yep. It would take a complete disaster for this not to be at least a ten bagger in the making over the next 12-24 months. Maybe a lot quicker. A couple of project seen though to production/JV/sale or even a complete takeover and we are in the 100s millions. All this takes is a little bit of patience now as we slowly but surely join the dots of a new gold Provence. One that I missed years ago that springs to mind was Centamin in Egypt went from from 7-8p to over £2 a share after proving up and then mining.

The neadle keeps moving and yet the sp is very slow to react. Happy though that we are moving in the right direction and that there is so much news to come as the results of these current campaigns start filtering through. RNSs galore for the rest of the year and expect at least double sp on any further good results that further derisks the business model. SL

Who would buy at 1.25 and sell for less? The only way the placing shares would be sold is if there is at least a 10-20% profit in it. Also I know at least one Twitter poster who bought in the placing and is sticky. SL

Why would there be a sell off from the placing below the placing price??

To see we are stabilising but a long way to go, needs to double to get back to the highs. Only just hitting raise levels. SL

That all the news we have had and yet we sit at less that 40% of the market cap high of last year!! Something has got to give. SL

EG update should be anytime. Good thing with greatland RNSs are very regular, unlike some co’s. And on aim it’s the only thing that affects the sp positively.

Fun - keep it real yes but the reality is we are half the price we were last month with the gold shows which is nothing to do with a JV so we should at least get back there in the short term. 2-2.5 ish. SL
