its outlined in the rns - you need to reinvest back into the business to grow it. if you have expensive debt how do you grow? like any business this would just been higher levels of placings (probably at a lower price not a higher one) so would have the same affect in the end of increasing the share count. They have to get money from somewhere .... so better this way to clear the decks

Seen 3 or 4 green boxes this am, assume its deramping or personal abuse or both, odd obsessive behaviour towards simple shareholders of a company, werid. There is no way a lender would risk a million quid IN A MICRO CAP if they didn't think they would multiply that, the facts are the facts - ignore the noise - added myself today as I do most days. Steve - depends if they intend selling once in profit or holding 'a supportive new shareholder' may well want a lot more than 5%. If they sell / convert the selling pressure is also only temporary and wouldn't get flushed through under 2.6 -2.7 or they may as well have just retained the debt.

Id say they defo know more than us, they wouldnt take stock over debt interest at a 20% premium if they couldn't sell their shares at a good premium, they are also risking the principle if the shares bombed so 1m quid in total .. they must have had a nod and a wink good news is on its way .. or why bother.

Great to see. In effect they are down on the loan to the tune of 20% minimum - why would you do that? Obviously been told that this is going to explode and they are confident they will get multiples back by converting to stock at (as it stands) 2.6-2.7. Also means ntvo can focus on growth of gold production and reinvest rather than worrying about debt. I always had this in the back of my mind and this is a great solution. They could have easily insisted the shares were issued lower than the market price not higher! SL

Agree but we are skating close to the wind to think we might be looking at the 30 June. Especially as it’s the 3rd time line that’s been give since the summer (Dec, then Q1) I think for shareholder sentiment purposes alone, the closer to the start of Q2 the better for spud, so sorting financing asap.

Problem is some judge others on their own standards. Personally I’ve invested here to see real value, others that trade (up to them) think that’s all anyone else does - which for me couldn’t be further from the truth. Of course we all trade some stocks, but certain stocks such as ntvo where the value gap between SP and potential is so large I’ve no interest in 5% - it’s a buy and hold as the business grows and develops which may be 6 months or may be 2-3 years for the real win. All to play for. SL

So much hatred here for individuals, never known a board like it. In all my years. Just honest investors looking to make a living and this is what we have to put up with outrageous personal abuse. I actually took some higher to be transparent but I’ve been buying every dip and now sit just over 2. Im going to acknowledge your post for the last time before you are blocked for good as im a nice guy, then you are dead to me. Not only for the fact you think its funny to make up stupid names for me which is disrespectful but because your a legacy holder of a company that no longer exists that just cant let go because you are 98% down so your only way to make yourself feel any better is dis the company that is likely to multiply many times on a completely new asset class.
