Miker444 - scoping studies usually are - its all arbitrary, it will be surpassed and then some. its impossible to provide accurate forward looking and NPV until drilled (and multiple drills usually, the size of the acreage is huge). But it tells us its worth going at .. which in itself is excellent. Also we have 2 huge bites of the cherry with Hussar and MW. lots more news flow to come .. and very soon. its all coming together nicely. hold throughout 2025 at a minimum for real value. Easy hold at this stage at 6m mc .. still the cheapest Helium play by a country mile.

The scoping study is fine, its independent - we will be selling at well head as soon as drilled. Once proved up we will be many multiples .. its all about it flowing.

Sells are just the small amount issued being forward sold, it flys when done, be a few hours.

Project Overview and Offtake Agreement

Georgina has in place a non-exclusive Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Harlequin Energy Ltd, a UK registered special purpose company, to facilitate the sale of helium, hydrogen and natural gas from its 100% owned Hussar and Mt Winter projects. The Harlequin offtake arrangement will include:

· Sale of raw gas at the wellhead to Harlequin who would be responsible for separating and processing the various commercial components inclusive of helium, hydrogen, argon and natural gas in the form of LNG.

· Helium and hydrogen would be processed on-site to cryogenic products ready for export.

Once proved up would just be sold on anyway

For the whole field - they wont be doing that in the early days - smaller off take at source.

Take the mid point, 100 profit a year, on a PE of x10 thats $1bn MC ..
