After all the years of waiting we now find ourselves with a plant,mine and unfortunately a product that is no longer profitable to produce.

I have never had much time before due to very senior positions in very well known restaurants around the city to post.but now in my senior years and more of an inspiration to the younger chefs I spend my time nurturing them into the next generation of fine talent that will no doubt grace our country’s finest Michelin star establishments.

Having worked with the likes of Gary Rhodes I know life is too short to just sit by and accept excuses.

Like many lths I have been here a fair while and just because I only started posting a few months ago that does not detract my observations.

So many mess ups over the years and the boat (to china) has sailed along with it the high spod prices.

Now we are just scraping by on wafer thin margins when and that’s when we get to sell anything.

We have no export license.

We have bills to pay.

We have no income.

Look at the sp man.

Look at the huge sales going through.

Wake up and smell the coffee not the roses.

Bernard has let everyone down ,the guy has farted around collecting his fat fees and now look where we are.

No income and a stagnant spod price.

This project is years behind schedule.
