As a shareholder I am flabbergasted at this sp now.

Think when it hits 2p I may pile all in and give it a good trade.

Thankfully I’m not much exposed here at the moment compared to some.

We as shareholders are now in a very difficult position thanks to the inadequate management we have at Kod.

I urge all serious shareholders to attend the agm with myself and demand answers.

I hear a lot of noise on this board but actions speak louder than words my friends.

Why are we in the position we are with no income,

On the hook for millions with an extortionate 15% interest rate,

No development on any of the gold assets yet we have the money for drilling,

Extortionate management wages and consultancy fees,

Senior management moonlighting in other companies,

No resources update,

Our ceo not even bothering to attend the latest ministerial meeting,

The list goes on yet nothing gets accomplished.

Man up guys and attend the agm instead of hiding behind your zx spectrum keyboard.

Noted no body has defended Bernard and Steve on how they can charge consulting fees when they are employed full time already.

Money for something they should actually be doing already.

No sign of the export permit!

Many thanks to Acores and his sterling job of highlighting Bernard’s and Steve’s wages.

If you think about it logically if they are both employed full time at Kod to work on the plant how do they have the ordasity to put in consultancy fees on top??

Do they have that much spare time on their hands??

It’s not like being a ceo is a contracted sub employed person.

I hope others will join me at the agm to raise these questions.

His consulting fees are extortionate.

Now look how much Steve gets paid for his consulting,more than £250k!!

Ridiculous considering they are employed full time at Kod,how do they have time to take on other roles??

Thanks for highlighting Bernard’s wage ,I tried to on the day of results and got lambasted for it.

It’s a disgrace,only Bernie and Steve are making cash here and the obvious traders on this site.
