My perspective is with the continued selling of stock keeping the sp very close to 0.30p at the end of every session that is the price we are primed to be taken over by.Hainan needs us no longer after the mre update and that’s my opinion why it isn’t being released as timely as we had hoped.

I am sure many will jump up now to object to my post but that’s my perspective.

The bare facts and they are facts are that Kod is definitely not performing as hoped.

Most holders are underwater.

There is a distinct lack of clarity and communication from Kod to us holders.

This has caused animosity on this board.

The gamble was the project would be managed in a professional timely manner.

Years wasted by management we have missed the lithium bubble and it’s just scrapping by now.

We should have been exporting years ago and a locked in price agreed when it was at its peak.

The shambles imho of this project are not good advertising for any future performance of another asset eg gold exploration/mining.

The length and equity that we have given away is disastrous and if repeated more than likely the gold would of been stolen by the locals and we would give 90% of the project away just to break even on exploration costs.

After all where do the consultants fees go…..

A cheap takeover around 0.30 might suit some long term holders and that’s fine,

I bet the majority holding here are stuck with a much higher buy in price so I guess that’s where most of the different views come from.for transparency I need 0.40p to get rid.

The sooner the better but tbh I can’t foresee that anytime soon with this poor performing management team in place.
