Was you the ONLY person to attend? Was it like a private meeting then rather than an AGM? ;)
x2
From this morning? If so, yes. You can see there was 1.70's followed instantly by 1.75's, so the 1.70's would have been sells and the 1.75 would have been buys. False spread shown. Not uncommon on AIM.
Trolly hasn't been on for over a week!
Never said otherwise. It's not been a very long time coming unless you consider it a very long time since the COMS part of the business was sold. To me that is recent news, hence the same reason the domain was redirected, and the twitter page being 'under review'
We all knew, therefore there was no point posting right? P.S We all 'think' - we don't know.
Nice find. Some good things to take from that article. Most important three IMO: 1. New CEO Mark Braund says Redstone is ready to make targeted acquisitions after claiming its troubles are BEHIND IT. 2. I could be wrong regarding this, but I recently saw that MB had filed with companies house as CEO of Redstone but couldn't work out why as when DB was in charge, he was appointed as a director, not the CEO. Normally, IMO, the CEO would be for the main part of the group with the branches below having directors appointed instead. IMO, this is normal practise. Having read again in the article posted about MB being appointed as CEO of Redstone, makes me even more confident that the domain COMS.com will be sold soon and rebranding will take place. Said it over and over again, but if done correctly you're looking at the lower end of 7 figures, even after comission and associated costs. That's good for the balance sheet as in no way will it cost a lot to rebrand. In fact if you look at the associated costs there will be more costs to change the name on the stock market than elsewhere within the business itself. Within 6 months is my guess on this based on the above recent filing. It's as if they have started preparing on that front otherwise you'd file as a director. If someone wants to tell me why this is not the case, feel free. 3. "Coms now has 296 staff, with full-year revenues tracking just above £40m" - Says it all. 3.1 "Other than the outstanding task of closing its former head office in Stokenchurch to cut down on surplus office space, all legacy issues have been resolved, Braund claimed." Info already known through the RNS, though as said previously, 'nominal fees' indicate certain debts have been passed on with said fees. Let's hope any acquisitions that are made, are done so with shareholders in mind. Can't be easy balancing company growth whilst keeping shareholders 100% happy, but you can but hope they find a nice balance.
I don't disagree. I'm confident MB can turn things around. It's my time frame that is currently the issue more so than anything. If I can sort that out, I'm confident given time, I'll be seeing the sun once more.
It was -6 this morning but according to AccuWeather, it was also 'Partly Sunny' :/ If COMS comes good in my time frame, I might just treat myself to a cheap sunny holiday as I'm starting to forget what sunshine is actually like. It's been that long, I'm sure I'm losing my natural tan!
Not sure of timeframe AFTER news is out. Wouldnt think there was one, only before hand. Could be wrong.
Karma, free shares is always good. Don't get me wrong. I wasn't suggesting you did it at the wrong time etc. Just how I see things playing out short term. If I was so confident of my prediction, I'd sell and buy back myself.. but like I say, sods law and all that. If I sold today.. it would rocket tomorrow! Saying that, if everyone wants to pay me £1k, I'll sell today and you can all enjoy the rise that follows! ;) Fred.. Only if it was from the BoD's, in which case you'd know by tomorrow going off recent reporting timeframes.
Whilst I'm not going to sell a chunk due to sods law, my guess is there's more chance of us hitting circa 1.3p before seeing 2p. Only due to 'whilst there's no news, there's no volume' Hope I'm wrong, clearly.
NM. I worked out who that post was directed at.
I think we're in different miners bud. I've not posted on the one that you've posted in. Well done on the RNS though!
Volume is down so was bound to happen. Problem with being Illiquid. COMS seems to follow this pattern... Down, Down, Down, Down... RNS, Up, Down, Down, Down, Down, RNS, Up, Down... repeat. In time, we'll get new investors, new money flowing in, and steady volume. Then we might actually hold a range rather than what currently seems like a predictable pattern. Keep getting tempted to sell a chunk after these RNS's to buy back on the inevitable drops... but if I did sods law would come into play.
On phone atm though IIRC it was for 4,500,000 @ £81k
:)
Maybe, but you have to take all recent news into consideration. It was above this rather recently before today's news. All I said was is that I had hoped to see us nearer to 2p so I'm not sure why everyone is now chipping in regarding that comment like I was moaning it wasn't 20p or something ;) "Pity about today's held gains. Hopefully the last few hours will show us move up again. Had hoped to see todays news move us nearer to 2p than current SP." I'll rephrase shall I... We've been at or nearly at 2p more than once now recently. Hope it becomes support sooner rather than later.
Who said anything about mega? We hit just under 2p this morning. That wasn't mega.
With the recent director buys, nominal sales therefore wiping off certain debts, and todays contract news... it wasnt always going to happen this way, IMO. The above could easily have pushed us to 2p+, esp when you take into consideration the price paid on the last BoD buy. Still... every little bit helps. Every little rise is that 'tiny bit closer'
