Totally agree, Libero. I have a rigorous evaluation process for any potential company I'm looking to invest in. The fundamentals here are outstanding and, like you say, it's incredibly cheap given the results its producing.
Onwards and upwards from here, I'm certainly topping up at these prices. GLA
Such an outstanding update which shows what a bargain the current SP is!
The order book is higher than ever, revenues are higher than 2019 and, with the latest restructure, the groups expenses have also decreased. We peaked at 140p just before COVID, we're now 95p yet the trading updates show that we're in a stronger position than ever! Of course, market uncertainty and brexit will be in peoples minds, however, construction seems the main sector to be booming during these challenging times. So glad to be holding at these prices. Good luck everyone, I'm so surprised that this company doesn't receive more attention.
'During the second half of the year, TClarke has been successful in winning new projects from clients across a wide range of sectors. Our forward order book has increased to £422m. This is a significant result for the Group and is £61m (17%) higher than at the same point in 2019. Reassuringly, revenues of £257m for 2021 have already been secured, against an equivalent figure of £232m at this time last year and up from £191m when we announced the Group's interim results in August. This is testament to our strong reputation among our clients and we have been consistent in maintaining our strict tendering assessments, to ensure that we are accepting work that meets our margin expectations.'
There will be people who will be happy to take profits following the amazing results. A slight dip will follow, allowing most to top up, and then hopefully another big rise will happen. Good luck everyone.
Hiya Taverham. Am I being really thick here, I thought it was a director sell?
'(b) Nature of the transaction - Sale of shares from Investment Account and ISA'
I'm not the most clued up when it comes to investing so I could easily be wrong...
"With forecasters expecting a further recovery in construction activity in GB and Ireland in 2021 and the UK and Irish governments making significant commitments to infrastructure spending, the outlook for our markets remains encouraging. The Group will also benefit from the integration of the former CEMEX UK assets into its existing operations, along with initiatives to improve performance, anticipated to begin by the end of this year."
"During 2020 we have proved our ability to deliver a resilient performance against a backdrop of unprecedented disruption, which gives us considerable confidence in the long-term outlook for our business."
Great news, onwards and upwards from here. GLA
Great news, imo. Lets hope for an upward trajectory from here.
I have worked throughout lock-down and have never seen as much construction going on in my lifetime. I'm hoping that is a good sign for us investors in Breedon.
Good luck all
This is what I think every morning on my way to work. It's nice to see this mentioned in the recent budget, it should mean for more profits moving forward. The 2021 dividend is something to look forward too as well.
All the signs are there for a big increase in share price IMO. Two directors are buying shares. AGM states CTO have had an excellent start to the year. Order book has seen a nice increase. Profits growing, debt reducing, PE ratio reducing, yet the share price is not moving. It's only a matter of time until this share gets noticed and we all see some nice returns. GLA :)
So, having recently updating my research on this company, all latest figures have improved dramatically. Profits are up, debt is down, cash in the bank is up, and we own more assets than ever. However, the SP is much lower than in comparison to what it has been when we have previously not been in as strong a position as we are today. I have also noticed a lot of sells recently... All the figures and fundamentals look excellent, however the SP is still struggling. Were we overvalued previously, or are we undervalued now? That is my question haha. Good luck all investors :)
