Czech republic are in the EU so not a "less well developed country" although they can be bureaucratic at times, but now they are involved why would they self distruct? Its too big a gain for the Czech republic. I see you have chosen EMH as your very first post, welcome........

if this is the case, large increases in share price caused by eg. excellent news, the bots cant affect the price? but can when theres not much volume? ie not much news.

Am I correct in thinking That when you buy shares on the main market you pay 0.5 stamp duty?
and if so wouldnt it be better to buy now and get more shares for your money before the move?

... very small buys and sells , eg 2 ,24,12, 6,8, 6 popping up today is this signs of a Bot? or just adjustments to books? I probably not explained this well but why would anyone buy 2 shares?

If there is to be a $2.00 dividend at some point in the near future, and I dont know if there will or wont be, but if here were for purposes of my question, which is Why would those holding large amounts of shares sell any? and wouldnt the prospect of that dividend and any increases in the share price up to levels of $474.00 a share make EMH a target for a take over with a big price tag? with such gains to come.How much are EMH worth ?

Why draw down the whole amount? when it s usually done as and when needed? monthly?
what new initiatives?.......

funding ON GOING operations wouldnt require a different way of Drawdown would it?
I dont know How the new Director is going to be paid but I would think it would be doable in the same manner as the other directors ie no need for drawing down all of the money there an then, but thats just my take on that.
So I also take it that the money that isnt used for ongoing operations will be used for that new initiative( s) pure specualtion , could we be buying land? could we be investing into Germany? might even be a totally new project some where else...

my take is The new director is here to MAKE SURE the Green side of things ie Carbon footprint etc in the making of the Lithium Hydroxide and anything to do with building the plant and mine is also clean ie as little fossel fuel involvment as possble,tighter laws now . he could also have connections with US money but he has Mid east connection as fingers has pointed out .AIMHO of course .

and a small point I noticed was when he mentioned another company and talked about refining and wether it was some thing the company was going to do or who was going to do it I think...
The slide for Cinovec says Refining YES So I gather from that , that yet another box ticked for the EU .....
