to answer one question very simply Why would the EU finance a project with grants and soft loans to have the Chinese come in and take if off out hands? EU wants to be 80% self sufficient I belive,

I do think that of course there could be deals done with companies outside the EU where EU need more Lithium etc at certain times and the Chinese for instance could have an arrangment with any ot he companies with in the EU , as we know VW are in China and who knows what deals they might like to arrange, all total speculation , but I do think the EU wouldnt loan money to a company for the Chinese to take advantage its for the EU , to make itself a powerhouse, look at all those Giga factories! I wonder if they have any loans and grants?

I think its a good idea to have more than one customer as you never know in the future if they will renew their contracts or find supplies else where. unlikely yes but good practice in my view as would be the same if you relied on supply from one company

if KC is tweeting those numbers and he is always consevartive with numbers looking really good for EMH and anyone with shares , more news from KC I think coming as this is too good a chance to miss the build up to Major news, communication will keep us boyant and bubbling UP

I dont thin any long term holders have any love for him whats o ever but I do wonder what the dilution would of been, had we had to go the the market for finance , we will never know, happy at the moment but another election I dont want EMH being used as a football again tired being kicked about lol

could they have a cap? ie some thing like $12,000 a ton fixed for 5 myears say and after that a variable price no lower than say 10,000 no higher than 14, 000 just for instance? maybe? id prefer to have long term contracts nailed down so banks would know exactly what time scale pay back would be , if we are able to pay back loans in two years I assume a fixed two year deal would be prefered by the banks?? just thoughts

I know from the recent webcast Keith is saying thaty it takes longer to sort out a contract for Lithium carbonate and Hydroxide than it does for spodemene, I was wondering if anyone knew what those contracts in the past were like , not so much the price per ton b ut, length of contract variable or fixed prices etc that sort of thing,if it were me id want to know how much I was paying for how much lithium on a regular basis so I could work a business plan properly but who knows the off take could be variable prices ,id want fixed thoughts appreciated

I dont think its some thing we can accept or decline if you dont see it on the table in the first place,

Keith has said in the past that we have enough resourse on our side . yes things can change, but I dont think this will, what may be a possibility is the shareing of the processing site or the payment to Geomet to process their ore etc but who knows eh? all in my own opinion, too much money needed to fund buying Zinnwald, if EMH were bought out then they might consider that an option or they might even be the ones buying us out if they have deep pockets of course.
