Has anybody else phone peterhouse broker for information on progress

Well I was but the number I googled so it is available for anyone who wants to call and try get answers

I called up last week I think was and was put through to a lady who was happy to answer my queries and I did mention that I do email Paul gazzard and felt like I was not getting my queries and emailed replied to and she did say I do have a right to email and ask questions as am a shareholder and she would pass this on to Paul who is was thought probably wouldn’t be best pleased lol

Probably because I have emailed so many times asking for answers and he just fed up telling me it will be rns .. I’m probably the only one that sends email regularly and I’m guess just a way of shutting me down

I also spoke to Peterhouse capital and was told that relist would be by the end of April. Things have been complex but they were making confident progress to get re listed

As you can appreciate not having had a rns update as to where we are at in process as CH accounts overdue points to a possible delist and this is very stressful and as a significant shareholder I invested my money as you are aware at least 21/2 years ago and mentally this is not what I expected from a listed company to feel so unsure about my investment

Paul gazzard reply to my email was

“ This is not the right email for me and DKE, as always any news from that company will be released via and RNS.”

I have had email communication with Paul gazzard in past the last email I was told update would be by rns and that was it approx date of that was 28/02

I think it was to confirm that it cannot get delisted after the April date like some were saying that’s if news is not given by that date

As much as we know I’m still hesitant.. when will we get relist .? An update by bod would be welcomed

I do hope so and yes I saw as it’s a main listing the 6month rule only applies to aim listed stock.. which was encouraging as it might go past the date but we don’t need to worry about that now.. thank you for sharing does seem like we might be onto a winner

Hi everyone looks like things are on track.. timescales not sure.. but we have definitely deserved and will be well rewarded for our patience.. to all long term and new genuine holders and for keeping the board well updated when holders do contribute it’s a welcome to us all to help calm the nerves

Hi Markeurisa did it come from a reliable source.?? The company have never leaked any info and are always very adamant that news will be rns the many times I have asked for updates ..
