Not convinced that PK is CawCaw.

I tried in the past to set up a chat with CC and Canadianoilsupporter (canuck) using PK connection to CC.

We have to remember these posters have a lot of historical beef (Liberia/Nigeria). Having met Canuk and heard his beef I can understand the magnitude of the vendetta.

But when you hear that a father in law recommend him to invest in- Liberia, only to see a substantial 6 figure sum dissappear. Who would I blame...father in law, COPL or myself.

PS they are all highly educated peeps.

The last BH finance was sufficient to last us over 12 months including GGS capex and funds to increase MF. (Not sure of the cost of the 7 x barbies but this new kit is in the $4.5m GGS capex)

I am of the opinion that the onsite rig could be finished with the well enhancement of BFSU, and can now focus on the 4 remaining recompletions on CC.

So where do you think they need more funds for?

In fact thinking about this a little deeper, perhaps the 3rd recompletion data is known internally hence the "hurry up" LOI with our preferred JV partner.....

RBL = Reserve Based Lending.

After we aquired CUDA WI our company reserves went up in line with that aquisition.

Upto now no additional reserves have been proven up. (YET)

As you may know, CC has been earmarked for 6 or 7, recompletions inorder to prove up additional resources upon which we could lend against.

Two have been completed and show strong signs of oil present...it flowed under its own pressure.

I believe if the third recompletion is successful then COPL can start to book additional reserves. Of course the more data you have the firmer the calculation.

Third CC recompletion is underway and should finish soon. The same rig however has been used to convert BF well from pumping to flowing. So progress has been a balance between:-

1) increasing production of BF.

&

2) Increasing our bookable reserves.

All good IMHO!

Timing is everything.

Those who bought COPL in the last week or so will do very well IMHO.

Did anyone get a hint of their Denbury deal before it happened.

The leakiest place for M&A is Far east followed by EU, with US being the tightest of ships.

Let this play out an reap the rewards, buy more if you can. IMHO

Anyone had any news on the CC recompletions. Is that rig still turning ;-))

Many months have passed with the news that COPL have been in negotiations with a prospective JV partner.

REcent RNS stated that COPL was now in Commercial stages of discussions.

Now TODAY we have RNS that a LOI has been signed with a specific company, the Best we could of hoped for.

Perhaps not too much longer to go now for peeps to get confirmation of the terms agreed.
