Good point pop.. it doesnt work for everyone though.. dddd is a good company but nasdaq bringing it down. I checked volume though and they did only 20k shares on nasdaq so almost opposite effect to us where they have decent liquidity on uk. Somewhat unknown in USA still. Same with Verona Pharma who moved onto nasdaq about a year ago and left AIM. I like that company but volume on nasdaq is dire again. Major catalysts next yr. TLSA luckily for us has around 700k volume on average a day on nasdaq and has the potential to become a favourite of the yanks in time with restructuring taking place. Less float is a must. Looking forward to the move. Until then lock them away (thanks to HL and HSBC), I dont have much choice in that regard anyway. Expecting some more pain until the move but will continue to buy what I can afford on the dips. GLA
I forgot BB. Hard core fan of tils through the pain. Respect. And jack when accustem lists lol
Lazy.. lots of great posters.. dream, rockz, alam, trade, paul etc etc l.. its really hard seeing your portfolio so red when other stocks are bagging.. i just try not to check it all the time… quite depressing espec last few months… I have always kept my core holding.
Main reason being GC did not sell a penny at £3. I know he is a millionaire but trust me it still hurts when you lose money… it hurts your pride, confidence, self esteem…rich people are even more insecure then most…I know a lot of negativity around nasdaq single listing but I genuinely think its a great move for reasons below:
In all the time I have been in tils (a few years now) it has been manipulated because of the two exchanges being played against each other. Nasdaq may go up but then crashes on back of 30 trades on uk. Low volume means price always trickles down and tils never holds its gains. Everyone knows that now so all sell on the few spikes we have
Nasdaq is a dreamers market. 100% gains are normal every day. Check out crvs (my brother made money on that yesterday). Two exchanges take away the element of the spike we all want on good news.. frustrating as hell when 30% up pre market to 5% when market opens.. to flat 10mins in
Nasdaq loves small float companies. AIM dilutes to death which I hate. 2:1 share restructure means better price, less shares to new investors, with GC owning 35% ideal candidate for a rerate on a spike or good news
Our portfolio is fine. No bad news. Just delay after delay but nothing has materially changed. Trials have to start one day
Nasdaq values pharma 20-30% more. Look at SNG… that would be billion mcap on nasdaq (phase 3 covid play) expecting results. So we will get a rerate at some point
100mln cap so we are small cap. Ideal to make 70-80% gain on nasdaq. Everyone jumps in when they see a stock trending on stocktwits. I know because I do it lol
Pipeline can change the world. MaB is biggest pharma market. Alzheimers, MS biggest markets. I won SAVA. Same kind of principle for my investment in that one.
Just some reasons. Not bad for 55p. I would be buying even at £1.50 tbh. I was a few months ago.
Portfolio is diverse so not all eggs in one basket. From covid to diabetes to NASH.
I think we have bottomed out at 50-60. Risk reward is great,
As for accustem.. I bought 10k more on pink sheets.. that tells you all you need to know… my brother bought 25k… all about patience with nasdaq.. values of diagnostics are stupidly over hyped on nasdaq..
GLA. Cant wait for nasdaq! Keep the faith
Rockz abit of both on tils. Profit and loss. I started buying tils initially at 85p and at one stage had about 600k shares. Sold a few hundred thousand around 1.80 and another 200k after securing my accustem at which stage I had about 200k left which was my core holding which I left to run (wish I hadnt). Mentioned it to lbc on this board that Derisked at the time. With averaging down I am still about 70% down on that core holding (at around 1.30 average)but luckily reinvested the profits on nasdaq stocks. Those did not do great as market in USA has been rubbish last few months but still not as bad as tils. About even on those. I bought back huge amounts last week again on tils at 60p to go back up close to half a million in tils hence posted the twitter update that loaded up. Ride it back up again once we are on nasdaq and then de risk again. Dont want all my eggs in one basket so still keep large trading pot for nasdaq. Plus watching tils at moment is like watching paintbdry so need something else to keep me amused. Made 13.5k on SAVA on Friday. Only stock I own on UK market is tils. I will always keep a core tils holding but always have to be flexible as market dynamics and sentiment changes. Needless to say tils has made me alot of money and will continue to do so. iA It does get abit scary when you own such huge amounts and can have 60-70k swings in your account in a given day. GLA
Dream good to hear from you. Hope you are well. Sad to hear you sold out. All the best wishes for the future.
Hi all, I am very frustrated the same as everyone on here…
I do however feel that the single listing is in the best interests of the company in long term. We are on 50p with dual listing so cant be much worse. Plus it means more liquidity and less chance of manipulation for shorters and traders playing the two exchanges every day.
The way the process has been handled is atrocious but not much point in crying over spilt milk.
My strategy here is to leave alone for now, wait for price around £1 and sell through hsbc and buy back on TLSA nasdaq via HL. For reasons above I will vote for the move to happen. Lets hope BOD can get their act together. Sometimes in these circumstances not doing anything and taking a step back is the best option. Like all on here I am 70% down but I believe in foralumab and its potential so I will keep supporting the company and the bod. If we dont, the company has no hope. As shareholders our objectives are the same as the bod. GC is the biggest SH and I am sure he is an intelligent man and his plans will work out in the end. He has been in charge of 8 companies, two worth of $2 billion at one stage so i’l give him the benefit of the doubt. GLA
Mike.. v good post. Similarly to DB’s post below, i agree with many of your points. A sorry tale of missed deadlines…
One of my main reasons for investment was always GC’s large holding. That has always given me confidence. I hope you are wrong about the timing regarding the listing but if recent performance is anything to go by then perhaps you are right.
Lets hope for both our sake you are wrong :). Either way Im way too deep here and will see it out to the bitter end. GLA
BB.. hope you are well… my shares initially were in my isa, then set one up for my wife, then sister lol then had to set up a fund and share account so rest are in ther. Deep in the red so atleast no tax to pay lol. Theres a positive spin on it :). I need to get my mrs and sis to set up fund and share account for accustem to switch over this week..
Mike..dont say that.. you will give me a heart attack lol lets hope no more delays.. We have missed too many deadlines. If we miss this I will be more then fuming. All the best anyway. GLA
Mike you are right. Either way I am glad we are single market from end October. Most seem to be calling this garbage at the moment. I will take my half a million shares and the $8 analyst target and see how it works out. GLA
This company may be rubbish at many things.. lack of comms for example.. but dodgy it certainly is not. Ive been slowly buying more accustem on pink sheets ready for listing on nasdaq at some stage. Nasdaq loves diagnostic companies. All a waiting game. I am convinced we will have a correction once we are off AIM. 65p is a ridiculous valuation. We are ready for phase 2 in covid (use in ARDS too in future) , Crohns trial end of year, MS trial (led by the genius Dr Weiner), possible news on Foralumab in alzhemiers, this deal with prcb for car-t, future prospects of Foralumab use in diabetes (look at tecluzimab) and other auto immune diseases like arthritis. We have the asset tlz-501 ‘ind’ end of year for autoimmune diseases. That may have a role in car-t too. Positive news on any of these will send us above £1 once we are on nasdaq. Having no liquidity on aim has always held us back. No other company offers as much with such a small mcap. All my opinion and Im not a financial advisor so DYOR. GLA
Good point rorkes..to be honest I would just take breaking even in tils at the moment.. forget the tax on profits lol… I was reading zaks research note on tils last night.. I cant for the life of me think why we are at this level.. (apart from missed deadlines and the debacle with accustem.. that lost confidence in the bod can be gained back with good news flow. I looked at PRVB which was compared to tils… to see what kind of future we may have on nasdaq…their monoclonal antibody is not fully human and that company reached a 1.5 b mcap at one stage last year (albeit a lot lower now but still double our cap). They are further down the pipeline but our pipeline is a lot more diverse. I defo see a similar path for tils once single listing on nasdaq. Hoping there will be a correction in price.. down plenty in tils but will buy more this morning and average down.. seems like all we do in tils is average down lol. GLA
Seeing the action on nasdaq post UK close daily (as compared to the 50 trades we are averaging on aim) I feel we are due a major correction once the listing of aim is cancelled. Feel like lack of trades on AIM are majorly holding the SP back. Considering buying huge amounts at this level because feel we will have a 30-40% upward correction a few weeks into Nasdaq. Interesting to see what others thoughts are on the matter?
Ignore that its up 3%. Tils doesnt follow normal rules. Up when rest of market is down and vice versa
Ignore nasdaq. Labor day monday so all stocks marked down 2-3% today. Gla
Yes very impressive. Looks like lessons have been learnt from past mistakes. Onwards and upwards. GLA

MRK.. Dr K talked about the car t therapy, how innovative the use of Foralumab may prove to be, summarised the portfolio and the trials that are due to start in MS and Crohns soon. Only thing new was that they have recently discovered that milciclib may have a role in advanced lung cancer. Apparently much bigger market then liver disease so watch for developments on that. Plenty going on and I got the impression that their will be regular news flow in next few months. Would make sense for them to get SP a lot higher before the move to single market. GLA
Half million shares traded already pre market usa
30%. You can why GC wants to move. uK should bring ius back down no doubt
Nol.. we were 50p a week ago with barely 30 trades a day. If we are doing licensing agreement with a pharma $800 million mcap on nasdaq thats good enough for me. Not bothered about the royalty element for now. Espec as it for a therapy that is a bonus to the rest of our portfolio. Helps to show me as an investor that things are happening in the background. Trials are nearly here.. i’l not mention accustem…single nasdaq listing to come which will cause volatility short termbut is good long term… analyst target is $7.. glaring buy to me at this level..just my opinion. DYOR. GLA
